“The unit was amazing! Modern, spotless, and has a great view. The bed was super comfy, the WiFi worked perfectly, and the reception staff was very helpful. Having a laundry room with a comfortable waiting area was a huge plus for our long stay. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Buenos Aires. Highly recommended!”

“The staff were vry helpful..The air conditioning was good. The breakfast was poor. The scrambled eggs were cold and runny and the pastrys seemed stale.. Apparently the cook in the kitchen could make eggs to to order, but I wasn't aware of this at the time.”

“tutto ottimo solo che non ti avvisano che la zona è difficilmente raggiungibile dai taxi, quindi tu non sai che devi ordinare un taxi almeno 1 ora prima, quindi ti offrono la loro macchina a 90 dollari, che sono più di tre volte il prezzo del taxi. Uber non viene oppure ti fa aspettare molto tempo. Insomma viene fuori la tipica furbizia di basso livello che distrugge tutto quanto di buono questo hotel ha. ”

“I found the room to be clean and bedding and linens of quality. The location was perfect for me - close to Buquebus and within walking distance or short ride to tourist attractions. The Staff/Front desk were amazing-always ready to answer any questions and helping with directions, etc. However if you are looking for a Hilton and Hilton amenities, this will not be the hotel of choice. It is all relative price wise! ”

“Our room needed refurbishment, mainly narrow and old-fashioned bathroom. Bedroom needs a revamp. Wardrobe is tiny; we couldn't unpack our suitcases. Common spaces are pleasant, bright. Staff at lounge desk and conciergerie were very friendly and helpful, always with an appreciated professional touch.”

“One elevator was broken down so one had to wait for up to 10 during busy times. Rooms lacked amenities such as sufficient towels, chairs, tissues, extra pillows. The shower was very slippery, which would have been helped with a shower mat. The location was ver central, which was nice, but rooms facing the front were noisy. There was no food available, aside from breakfast. Breakfast was good, but very crowded. Staff had trouble keeping up with the supply of plates, cutlery and some food items.”
