Welcome to Family Canopy: a bright, brand-new 3-bedroom apartment (137 m² / 1,475 sq ft) on the 5th floor with lift, in the gated residence The Park II, in the heart of Casablanca Finance City (Anfa Park). Large living room, two planted balconies, a fully equipped kitchen, a real desk, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating, and a private underground parking space included. Ideal for families, friends or teams on assignment: up to 6 guests in 3 real bedrooms.

THE BEDROOMS
- Master suite: king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, direct access to the balcony.
- Queen room: queen-size bed, large wardrobes.
- Twin room: 2 single beds, perfect for children or colleagues, balcony access.
Hotel-quality bed linen and towels are provided. Electric roller shutters in the bedrooms for complete darkness.

LIVING AREAS
- Spacious living room with corner sofa, large Smart TV and dining table.
- Dedicated workspace: desk, ergonomic chair and sockets within reach. Wi-Fi is included (standard connection: fibre is not yet available in the area).
- Fully equipped separate kitchen: 5-burner hob, oven, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, crockery and utensils.
- Laundry room with washing machine.
- Two shower rooms and a separate guest WC.

OUTDOORS
Two balconies laid out like small gardens: plants, outdoor seating and a zellige table. The perfect spot for morning coffee or evening mint tea.

THE RESIDENCE
Gated residence with CCTV in the common areas, inner gardens, video intercom and lift. Your private parking space is in the underground garage; the remote is handed to you on arrival. The residence gym can be used by appointment, subject to availability.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
Anfa Park is Casablanca's newest district, built on the former Anfa airport: wide avenues, a large park, the office towers of Casablanca Finance City, cafés and restaurants. Pharmacy and shops at the foot of the residence. The Anfa Park tram stop (line T2) takes you to the Aïn Diab corniche. Mohammed V Airport is about 35 to 45 minutes by car.

YOUR ARRIVAL
You are welcomed in person by Younes, our on-site co-host, between 3 pm and 10 pm (later arrivals on request). He hands over the keys and the garage remote, shows you around, and stays available throughout your stay. We reply in French, English, Spanish and Arabic.

GOOD TO KNOW
Strictly non-smoking apartment, balconies included. Quiet family residence: no parties or events, and please respect the neighbours after 10 pm. Maximum 6 guests; stays of 2 to 30 nights. Moroccan law applies: as in all accommodation in Morocco, a valid passport or national ID is required from every guest on arrival, and each stay is declared to the local authorities (police) by both the owner and the residence management. This is a routine formality.
