wonderful view, very nice apartment, excellent position
l'appartamento è molto confortevole, il punto forte è la grande veranda, molto vivibile anche d'inverno (noi abbiamo passato oltre un mese tra dicembre e gennaio). Il panorama è veramente bello e aperto, meglio di come si vede nelle fotografie. La posizione dell'appartamento è un ottimo compromesso fra vicinanza al mare e tranquillità. I proprietari sono simpatici e disponibili. insomma un'ottima vacanza, thank you Paul !

Quiet location with exquisite view of the Mediterranean
We enjoyed our stay very much. The glassed in deck was the perfect place for breakfast or a quiet evening of games. The condo is well stocked with all the necessities and a grocery store is within a 5 minutes. Having a car is a necessity if you want to see the area, but the condo is the perfect starting point to visit Seville, Gibraltar, Ronda and Granada as they are all within an hour to two and half hours away.

Tolle Wohnung, sehr gemütlich und groß
Ausgezeichnete Wohnung, sehr nette Gastgeber, Paul und Tanya, die uns herzlich willkommen geheißen haben. Alles da, was man brauchen könnte, gut eingerichtete saubere Küche, großer Wintergarten mit tollem Meerblick, bequemes Sofa und tolle Betten. Wir kommen unbedingt wieder!!

Amazing property, great location and views

Second visit
This was our second stay, the last was in October 2019. The property was excellent then and remains so. It’s is well laid out and furnished and fully equipped. It has sea views and views over the golf course. We had a great stay and can highly recommend it.

Traumhaft schön
Die Unterkunft war sauber und angenehm eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts und es wurde liebevoll an alles gedacht. Von anfang an Ferien. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundliche Menschen und fürsorglich zu ihren Gästen. Wir würden jederzeit nochmal wiederkommen.

Pensando en repetir el año que viene
El hogar de Paul & Tanya es justo como aparece en las fotos, allí hemos pasado unos días increíbles!! La ubicación es perfecta, tiene todo cerca pero a la vez es lo suficientemente tranquilo como para desconectar. Al apartamento no le falta detalle y aún acabando de dejarlo ya echamos de menos la terraza con preciosas vistas. Si podemos el año que viene repetiremos, sin duda!

Situation géographique idéale, proche de Gibraltar, Marbella, Estepona. A mi chemin de Séville et Grenade. Vue fantastique de la terrasse sur le golf et la mer. Très grande piscine, magnifique jardin. Appartement très confortable, lits très bons, terrasse extraordinaire, salon très grand. Super restos très proche à pied. Vraiment très très bien.

Très bel appartement
Tout est conforme aux photos, l'appartement a eu une vue magnifique sur la mer, la résidence est bien entretenue. Tout le confort est présent dans le logement et les propriétaires nous ont accueilli très gentiment, ils sont réactifs et pourront vous conseiller pour profiter de votre séjour. Un très bon souvenir de vacances

Excellent property
It was completely impossible to find any fault with this apartment. It was spotlessly clean well finished and the welcome from the owners was excellent. It overlooks the 18th hole of the golf course and has excellent sea views as well.

Relaxation...wonderful balcony area with sea, pool and golf course views
Just returned from a wonderful week at Paul and Tanya’s apartment. The location was great with a number of really good restaurants only a 2 minute drive away. The beach was also easily accessible. The apartment was one of the best we have stayed in. It was extremely clean, spacious and well equipped. We spent most of our time relaxing on the large balcony which had uninterrupted views of the sea. The pool area was so safe for our 4 year old son and sun beds were plentiful. Paul and Tanya were very welcoming and responsive to all our needs. Underground secure parking was a plus as was the safety of the complex itself. Thanks again- we will be back! Nicola, Shane and family.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der wirklich schönen Wohnung sehr genossen. Der Balkon ist riesig und umfasst sowohl eine bequeme Couchgarnitur als auch eine Essecke. Der Blick auf das Mittelmeer ist einfach traumhaft! Dazu gibt es einen tollen Gemeinschaftspool und sehr gutes W-LAN - alles perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit Paul und der Check-In durch Rebecca waren ausgezeichnet. Sehr zu empfehlen...

Lovely 2 weeks holiday
Just back from Paul’s apartment it is lovely the apartment and the views are beautiful, there is everything you will need there. Paul was very helpful with any questions I had and answered them really quickly. If you don’t have a car use Uber they are cheaper to get around

Appartement spacieux et très confortable avec une magnifique terrasse avec vue sur le parcours de golf et la mer. Bien situé à proximité de Sabinillas, de la plage, des supermarchés et commerces. We enjoyed staying at the accommodation which we found comfortable, very clean, spacious and well appointed - close to the communal pool and gold course. The owners were very helpful and gave good advice on where to go and eat out etc

Excellentes Vacances
Nous avons passés deux superbes semaines! Tout le confort est regroupé dans ce logement pour y passer d'agréables vacances! L'appartement est spacieux et équiper de tout le nécessaire de vie la terrasse est grande et donne sur une vue magnifique du golf et de la mer! L'accès du parking au logement par l'ascenseur est vraiment un plus! La piscine est juste en bas du bâtiment et permet de longues heures de détente! De très belles balades à faire à quelques km dans les villes aux alentours. Nous avons vraiment passés de très bonnes vacances et y reviendrons surment très rapidement pour notre plus grand bonheur! Nous remercions les propriétaires pour leur logement tres beau et tres bien tenus ainsi que Rebecca notre correspondante qui s'est tenu à notre disposition au quotidien! Je recommande ce logement sans hésitation!

Très bel appartement et extérieur très bien entretenu
Nous sommes ravis d’avoir passée une semaine dans ce bel appartement chez Paul et tania tout était pensé pour notre confort avec en prime une très grande terrasse bien aménagée avec une vue splendide sur le golf 18 trous sur la mer et sur un petit étang avec des canards au pied de l’immeuble ! Le parking pour garer notre voiture de location nous permettait d’accéder directement au logement avec ascenseur ! Merci encore à Paul et tania pour votre accueil chaleureux ! Les commerces sont à proximité en voiture ainsi qu’un petit port et de nombreux restaurants où nous avons abusé de sangrias !!

Casa de férias EL Patio Dona Julia
Foram 15 dias muito bem passados. A Casa está muito bem localizada a cerca de 1 km da Praia. A vista que tínhamos da casa para o campo de golf e praia, era um luxo. O apartamento está muito bem mobilado e tem todas as condições para umas boas férias em família. Recomendo a todos.

Den flotteste lejlighed, hvor alt bare fungerede, og var såutrolig velholdt.
