“The pool was noticeably dirty, with paper towels floating in the water, and there were no clean pool towels available on day two. Several in-room amenities were also not functioning — the internet did not work, the TV was not operational, and even the phone in the room was broken.
We attempted to contact the front desk to report these issues, but no one followed up or returned our call, which was especially frustrating.

“Bring your own pillow unless you like hard ones! We loved the outdoor areas, and especially the patio assigned to our room. It was nestled among the trees and we listened to the squirrels, blue jays, and woodpeckers while we had our evening wine and morning coffee. The room had nice decor but there was no comfortable place to sit, no luggage rack, and there was a very narrow walkway to the bathroom. We would come back but would be better prepared.”

“This hotel is beautiful by the pool and golf course. The first floor was beautiful, clean and well kept, however they put us on the fourth floor, maybe because we bought through Expedia but that floor was dirty, smelled bad, old and not well kept. The tub clogged and filled up while showering, the AC did not work and the TV had the worst signal, kept freezing.
Staff is great and service was great, since we only stayed one night we dealt with the issues instead of complaining but good for people...
