“Had to ask for another room since the first room they gave us smelled like cigarettes. Other than that. It was fine. Just needed a place to sleep.”

“Very comfortable room and nice hotel . My only complaint is about Expedia! It’s impossible to have a live conversation if you have to make an adjustment to the reservation. The only option is a AI chatbot or a Chat with an agent after working your way through the Chatbot . Better to book directly with Holiday Inn Express. Even then, I couldn’t talk directly to the Hotel and could only talk to the corporate customer service representatives. But at least I could have a real conversation with them.”

“Booked a larger room as it was only listed ADA room to accommodate our stay. It was not ADA! FALSE ADVERTISING! Franchisee told front desk he’d process a refund of less than 10% of cost but is a liar as no refund has been processed but full price of room has been charged on my card. Doing renovations so dirt all over entry and things stored in pool area, too cheap to rent storage units. Horrible management!”

“My friends and I stayed for a weekend getaway and we were impressed by the decor and how charming the hotel was! The adjoining rooms aren't very big and there is one mini fridge for both rooms but we were able to make it work. The staff was all very nice and their private beach was great.”

“We came for a disc golf tournament in West Bend. This was the least expensive option. All we really needed was a good bed and shower, a microwave and a fridge. This motel has all of those things, so perhaps I should have given a higher rating. The rooms was fine and spacious. The bathroom was terribly dated with ripped wallpaper, old tile that was possibly as old as I am (60s). “Room was clean, with lvp instead of carpet. Bed was comfortable. There was peeling paint/plaster in the bathroom. Pool was chilly but the kids enjoyed it. Breakfast had a good selection. We would stay again if in the area.”

“I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was disappointing from the moment we arrived. The parking lot had multiple people loitering around who appeared to be homeless, and finding an actual parking spot for hotel guests was a challenge. Walking into the lobby, the smell of marijuana was overwhelming. Unfortunately, it only got worse in the elevator. It smelled like a hotbox, and there were dirty handprints all over the walls.
