Therefore, I spent the whole trip going down to the second floor then taking the stairs from the second floor to the first floor running over to the elevator so I could bring my family down which was super inconvenient. They were clumps of hair in the corners of the room. It almost looked like animal hair. The shower and the bathtub had stains in them. The whole reason why I booked this room was for the jet bathtub. I ended up not using the bathtub because it didn’t look very clean. There were no bottles of water in the room...
