“Dee at the front desk was fabulous.
However, the guy who works late night early morning leaves alot to be desired. Rude, rude, rude. Never caught his name we called him Mr Personality, but he needs not work in hospitality. Mr Personality the coffee is empty........he walks out not 1 morning but both. Guess making the free coffee they offer is just to difficult. Free coffee from 6am-9, coffee gone by 6am and he has no interest in making more. What more can I say he sucks. ...

“Breakfast supplies were not replenished after the earlier rush. At 8:00 am almost all hot food was empty. The person responsible came out an put 5 bacon back out and disappeared again. I did not see him again while I eat.
Front desk was great. The property is a former Ramada Inn and needs the Holiday Inn Express updates.”

“they were undergoing an upgrade and the day we were there. they had the parking lot blocked of for seal coating and striping.
The interior was freshened up, and the room seemed to have undergone a remodel, but they must have run out of money because they had removed the desk and not replaced it, and only one light over the bed was new not both.

“We had a great one-night stay! The room was clean and modern, and the location offered easy access to the freeway as well as nearby attractions like Burney Falls. Breakfast was included and was quite good, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. Parking was free and easy to find.
The only downside was the noise from the guests in the room above us, who were quite loud throughout the night.”
