“Not what I would expect from a Sheraton! Young kids running the front desks that acted like it was an inconvenience for them to help you. Too busy on their phones! The price of the parking was absurd and never disclosed. Had to wait for a 1/2 hour for coffee in the morning and it was so terrible I couldn’t drink it. I was also so embarrassed for them on how the coffee table looked! Everything was a mess like no one even cared to straighten it up. I really wish I hadn’t wasted my money staying...

“Il motel è nella media americana e sopratutto è pulito, ma mi è stata assegnata la camera per invalidi che ho trovato molto scomoda doccia che allagava tutto il bagno, lavandino basso e nessuna scrivania (cosa che le altre camere hanno). “Staff was very helpful.
Neighborhood was sketchy but I felt safe there and my car was right by my room.
Room was nice.
Bathroom shower area could use a deep cleaning. Grout was very dirty or stained.
Bed has a thin metal base that makes it impossible to sit on the bed without it making a very loud noise.
The people above me were very very noisy for hours.
Staff should be aware of extra loud people.”

“Oddly, there isn't a sign on the main road indicating the entrance to the hotel (as the hotel is behind several businesses) so at first I thought I was going in the back way.
