Hotel vicino a Cascata di Nungnung - Pelaga

“Hospitality, quality of services, availability and cleanliness always available. Hope to come back soon. ”

“The property outside was so beautiful. The inside the room was cute, but strong mildew smell. The dehumidifier was really dirty. I cleaned it and turned on to remove dampness. I moved because closet outlet not working. Bed & pillows not comfortable. The people were truly kind and helpful. Restaurant not good at all skipped breakfast after eating dinner there night before. Also road was really busy and noisy. Overall good experience people so kind and friendly and helpful.”

“The food is so fresh and really delicious, outstanding breakfasts !! Such a nice staff in the property, very helpful and very carrying people.. just always there really no matter what time it is. Villas clean and are cleaned literally everyday with such precision bedsheets changed everyday, towel , wardrobes and pool is heated ! Which is great..! The only minus for me is manager, she never even said bye while I was giving back my keys, no interest in anything during stay and also at check out....

“Fantastic place for glamping. The huts was very modern, well designed and clean, with an authentic feeling if being in the middle of the jungle. It was a wonderful place to be remote in the jungle but still have the luxury of comfort. We even saw fireflies at night, which is a really good sign of how well they take care of the land. The food was also really good. Despite having a wonderful stay, there are two take aways to know before going. Which we wish we knew, to be more prepared: 1. My...

“Beautiful secluded location. Very quiet. Loved the room, service and private pool”

“The cleaning staff would simply turn the used cups over and place them back on the tray instead of replacing them with clean ones. The same issue occurred with the towels—they would just fold the used towels and put them back on the towel rack rather than providing fresh ones.”

“The hotel seems like it has been renovated recently. They upgraded us to a villa which was a nice gesture. The villa was in a great spot and super spacious, even though funnily enough with almost no wardrobe space. There is only one restaurant and a coffee by the pool that close very early. The main restaurant serves good food, but not memorable, especially for the price point. The staff was kind and attentive.”

“We had a fantastic three-night stay at Anantara. Fabulous team and great activities (e.g. free shuttle to Ubud city centre and morning rice-field run)”

“Staff very attentive”

“Very nice villa, friendly staff. Highly recommend this place. Pool and rooms are maintained clean. Flexible in supporting additional requests.”

“We really enjoyed our stay overall. The place has a great atmosphere, the service is excellent, and everything is thoughtfully designed. The only downside was dinner — the menu was quite limited, mostly plant-based options, and there wasn’t enough protein for an adult man. Apart from that, it was a lovely experience”
