On the other hand, the service can definitely be improved for a 5 stars hotel, such as massages for 2, welcoming message, taxi service. Too expensive for what it is, need some improvement but we had a great time there”

“Stunning views, especially of the waterfall. Spacious and clean room. Our balcony was extra large! They served a very delicious breakfast for a good price. We actually enjoyed it more than when we ate in town. The internet was a problem though, it did not work or was so slow it was unusable, but thankfully we had a hot spot to take video calls for work. Would definitely recommend as long as you don’t need internet. ”

“An amazing experience, sleeping in the canopy of the forest. We saw lots of animals and fireflies at night. Accommodation is basic as you would expect but beds and bathroom were clean. Ella is a 5-10 minute walk away via the railway tracks. Route was easy to find as directed by our host. Breakfast was delicious and filling.”

“I can't say enough about how wonderful this place is. It is rustic, peaceful and quiet with a beautiful view. The breakfast is excellent and the hospitality is outstanding. My only word of caution is that there are many steep stairs to get from the road to the property so it wouldnt be appropriate for people living with mobility limitations.
