“So much character and downright fun! Short walk to wonderful river swimming holes and a private hot spring homemade pool. The place itself is a small handmade cabin. Looks primitive but has all the amenities like wifi, hot water, and a hot plate for heating coffee. My favorite of the 10 places my wife and I stayed at on our 16-day Caribbean trip. Total cost of $65 per night made me rate it "excellent" for the value this was to me.”

“Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en erg betrokken. Ze checkten regelmatig bij ons in en deden er alles aan om ons thuis te laten voelen en ons te verwennen. “The setting is lovely, secluded, and with a pool and beautiful deck, bar area, perched in the tropical hills. It is a stunning setting. The driveway to the Resort is steep and challenging, especially the first time. Once you've made it to the top, it's worth it. We would stay there again. ”

It is a bit off the beaten track, and the road to get up there is rough so if taking a taxi, make sure the taxi includes the drive all the way up there. “Overall we loved it, though it would have been good to know that you can't drive to the hotel if you don't have a proper 4WD as it is located at the end of a long and steep tarished road.
