“新しくはないけれど、立派な建物で温泉や売店もありました。朝食は地元の食材を使っていて、1,100円とは思えない充実した内容でした。 残念だったのはチェクイン時の若いスタッフさんの対応、何をだかわかりませんが「どうする？」って感じのやり取りを目の前でされて不安な気持ちになりました。またその時に翌日の朝食申し込みをしたのですが、連絡がきちんと出来ていなかったのか、当日「確認します」と待たされました。 全体的には満足で、また利用したいと思えるホテルです。 ”

“大力推薦服務人員的服務，雖然櫃台不會英語，但是，還是拿出翻譯機來說明，住宿當天有雪燈祭，因為沒有事先預定停車服務，請問了服務人員後，她居然願意帶我們過去(走路30分鐘），本以為是送我們過去而已，想不到還主動詢問何時要來接，真是感動 另外，住宿房間外就能看到潺潺流水，也太棒了”

“We had a wonderful time at this farmhouse and it was all we imagined. The home was beautiful and well maintained. Very spacious for the four of us. The hosts are lovely people who went out of their way to make our stay perfect. The area has several great places to visit such as the thatched roof village, a special soba restaurant and the sake brewery. The scenery is spectacular. Highly recommend!!”

“We stayed at the beautiful Kaya villa. Our daughter was sick during our stay. Max our tour guide drove us to the doctor! Yoshko let us borrow her thermometer and brought us cookies. Everyone was incredibly kind and friendly - Taka our English speaking host exceedingly so. We also enjoyed the best dinner in Japan. Arigato for all the beautiful memories.”

“Best part if Japan trip. I found best way to reach hideo is through whats app. He speaks very good english. It is off beaten path. About 1hr buss ride from kyoto station.it is a beautiful scenic route.There is a buss that will take you directly there from kyoto station. Just ask information office if you feel lost.
