A breathtakingly newly renovated place to rest your head comfortably after enjoying everything the beautiful town of Caseville has to offer.

Conveniently located in a pleasant neighborhood just a block from Main Street where you can find all of the locally owned restaurants and novelty shops. Approximately 1 mile from the beach this beautiful place with a gorgeous view will not disappoint.
A 1 car garage is available for parking, along with another spot located directly in front of the condo.

The front door is conveniently accessed with a unique code given prior to arrival. Walk into an open floor plan where friends and family can enjoy each other's company from the fully functioning kitchen, spacious dining area and comfy living room. Slide open the dual glass doors that lead out onto the balcony with a stunning view of the Pigeon River and Caseville Island. Cook out on the gas grill provided and enjoy your meal at the patio table.

Downstairs you’ll find 2 bright and spacious bedrooms each equipped with plush pillow topped queen size beds, full bathrooms and sliding doors that lead out to another porch where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful view.

Each bedroom has hard-wood, American made furniture crafted by a local furniture company.

This condo is a lovely option to accommodate all of your Caseville vacation desires.

Awesome Caseville rental

This is an awesome place to stay in Caseville. The condo is exactly as described. Location is easy when going downtown and the county beach. Jamie was a great communicator and easy to work with.

This Condo is in a excellent location, very clean, couldn't ask for anything better. Our Host Jamie responded quickly to questions. We will stay here again for sure. Best VRBO we've ever stayed in. Thanks Jamie!!

Beautiful and Cozy, but Beds Mattresses Must Go

Upon entering the unit we agreed it was absolutely lovely and very nicely laid out. With simple and tasteful decor, we immediately felt at home. We loved that the unit had a wonderful balcony with outdoor seating and a grill. Then we were very happy to see a really nice outdoor seating area outside each of the bedrooms. What a treat! We had a question for the host and she responded very politely and was helpful. I really appreciated that. There were a few things we wished the unit had, which I assume will probably be added later since this is a new listing. There are also 2 things I would change immediately, to provide a better experience for your guests. 1. An entry way table.- Travelers are often hands full entering the unit. It would be nice to have a place to sit things, other than the floor. 2. An extra blanket or throw. - Since there’s no TV in the bedrooms, expect that guests will want to snuggle up on the sofa and watch. 3. Night stand or small side table next to the beds. (At least one) - Guests should have a place to sit a drink of water or charge their phones etc. next to the bed. What I would change: 1. The mattresses were incredibly uncomfortable. Hard (not just firm) and small. This really dampened our stay. 2. The mattress cover/pad, felt like sleeping on vinyl or plastic. This coupled with a significantly uncomfortable mattress led to very broken, sweaty sleep. Initially, we thought we would always want to rent this unit for future visits to Caseville, because it really was quite beautiful. However, after a few nights of trying to sleep on those mattresses, we knew that just wouldn’t be an option for us.
