LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION....Cozy, renovated year-round, riverfront house located in the heart of downtown Caseville.
Just a short walk to the County Beach, Park, Party Store, Dairy Queen, and bars & restaurants in town. Grab your blanket/chairs & cooler and enjoy the festivals held at the County Park.

Located in a quiet subdivision on the Pigeon River, leading to the marinas & the break wall. Close to everything, yet plenty of privacy in the yard.

Our Renovated year-round home has an open concept floor plan with a unique, coastal / country theme. Why stay at a generic blue/grey stripped down place ? Stay at a home with character & charm. This home has central air & heating, as well as, ceiling fans if you prefer fresh air.

The large master bedroom has a queen bed with adjoining enclosed screened porch leading to the waterfront deck. The Enclosed Porch is great for enjoying meals, playing cards at night, or enjoying morning coffee. There’s a cooler for your beverages & seating for six.

2nd large bedroom located in lower level of the house - 6 steps down from side entrance has bright, natural, light from the egress window. This new bedroom has two queen size beds with new mattresses.

There is also a new Queen Sleeper sofa for 2 more guests in the living room for added flexibility.

SIX guests maximum, please.

For indoor entertainment: Rec room, located in the lower level, has a foosball table for the kids & a flat screen TV. We also have a small collection of DVD's, books, games & puzzles in addition to HD streaming TV & Wi-Fi. We have the standard Xfinity channels, but you will need your own sign-in for premium channels like Netflix, etc.

We have city water - no well water taste, or smell!

Enjoy the view of the river from either the deck, screened-in porch, or the back lawn. Drop your fishing pole out the door on our new dock. You may dock your boat (depending on size & water level) here, too.

The Backyard boasts a fire pit & chairs, propane gas BBQ grill, patio furniture on the deck facing the river, a great cornhole set & more.

We can provide a pack-n-play, highchair, stroller, & baby gate, at no extra charge. Let us know in advance what is needed.

Both Caseville & nearby Port Austin have plenty to offer. Check out their websites.

We will consider your house-broken family pet, depending on breed. No pit-bulls. Please send an INQUIRY PRIOR to booking stating breed & age. Although the yard is not fenced, the deck is fully enclosed. We also have a pet lead. Pet fee of $100/stay applies.

We are hands-on proprietors. We don’t manage our business with a property manager, nor manage from afar, & it shows. We take pride in providing you the best vacation venue possible for making memories.

What a beautiful cottage. We absolutely loved it and will be back! The location is perfect! So close to town! They even had bikes we could ride which was perfect! The cottage is cute and spacious. We loved the back yard and the kids enjoyed fishing everyday! The owners were awesome and super accommodating. We will be back!

A quaint and lovely cottage/home with beautiful flowers in the yard from which amazing scents drifted in the open windows as I drank my morning coffee and read my book on the screened in porch. Everything was very clean and cozy. So relaxing. We were very near many things, the beach and pier, restaurants (don’t miss Beachy’s), stores and then walk to the DQ for an evening treat. We will definitely return.

Great place to stay. Owner has all the right touches to make the place feel warm and welcoming. Great location. Walked to the beach, into town, and just around the corner to ice cream.Only let down was the canal behind the house was covered in duckweed. Our kids saw the fishing pics and still tried to fish in the duckweed. Obviously not something that the owner can change, but worth noting that the water may not be as the pics show.

My granddaughters and I had a wonderful stay. This property was exactly what we had envisioned: clean, up-to-date furnishings, very comfortable sleeping arrangements, great bathroom, many amenities that made our stay more enjoyable, close to the beach (which is wonderful), close to downtown and easy access to a grocery stay. We loved this property!!

My family and I had the best time. This house was so cute and very clean! We loved fishing off the dock and it was very close to everything! The owner was absolutely awesome, I have rented many places and she was by far the best!! She was so sweet and answered any questions I had so fast. Lovely house in quiet neighborhood

Charming house that was the perfect size for my husband, myself, and our young adult son. We loved the personalized “welcome” sign that greeted us. The only downside is the very small kitchen with no dishwasher. If you eat out more than we do it’s no big deal. We would stay there again!

Amazing place to stay!

We have been going to Caseville for years for our family fishing trip and this year, we decided to rent a VRBO. The place was a great location, super clean, great amenities! We played board games in the evening and enjoyed the dock in the backyard! Cheryl was very responsive and checked in with us prior to the stay. Highly recommend staying here!

Honestly, this is the best place I have ever stayed. The home and property is absolutely beautiful. Loved just sitting by the firepit and watching the river. So serene. I loved that it was such a short walk to downtown. Awesome neighborhood. Cheryl is so sweet and accommodating

Fishing getaway

Great weekend walleye fishing in the bay. Jim met us at the cottage & road with us to the marina. Very hospitable! Cottage has dock on the breakwall on the river. Easy access to/from the bay. Super dog friendly! too!

The house was great: quiet, comfortable beds; the sunroom and back porch were very enjoyable. We really liked the location. The host was very friendly and responsive. They are putting a lot of effort into making this a great rental. We'll be back!

Comfy Stay!

The home was located in walking distance of the downtown Caseville shops and restaurants. The home was clean and had everything we needed and then some! There were nice, homey touches with a a nice gift to take when we left. Cheryl was so kind and answered any questions or concerns so quickly! I highly recommend staying at their place!
