Questa casa include una vista mozzafiato sul lago all'ombra di un ponte coperto. Trascorri del tempo rilassandoti all'aperto e godendo del pieno accesso a un molo e al lago rifornito. Casa di circa 1350 piedi quadrati La casa si trova in un ambiente loft e devi salire circa 15 gradini per entrare nella casa. House dispone di una grande cucina abitabile, con camino, ampia camera matrimoniale con letto king size e TV, camera da letto 2 e 3 hanno entrambi letti matrimoniali. La camera familiare dispone di TV HD a grande schermo, piatto e DVD. My family and I had a great stay here. Beautiful location, super easy to navigate to the Metro Stl area. The place is nice and clean. Great value, good communication, clean, safe place to stay.

Hidden gem in Caseyville

Our family stayed for 3 days so my wife could visit her family and most memorable locations as a child. The home was clean, welcoming and located near everything we came to see and do. The home is located in a neighborhood with all new, beautiful homes surrounding a lake. We enjoyed the outdoor covered deck, lake views and breezes. We would recommend this location to anyone.

Fun Family memories :)

15 minutes from gateway center in Collinsville, IL. Very nice neighborhood with a beautiful lake that is filled with fish, turtles, and ducks that our kids loved. We enjoyed the comfortable beds.

We stayed in the house for a week while our house nearby was being renovated. Overall the stay was pretty good, but we did have a few issues. We requested early entry (which was not expected) but they didn't send us the door code until 10 minutes after the regular entry time. The grill had a huge bird's nest inside of it. This was communicated to the owner, they sent someone to clean it, but it still didn't really work, so they sent the handy man to replace some parts, which got it working but it was still totally rusty and the deck was covered in droppings from the previous occupants of the grill. Also, we never got any notice from the owner when the cleaners and handyman showed up, and because of the layout of the house there is no privacy when they are working on the deck. There were many other small maintenance issues with the house and the furniture. I don't want to be totally negative. The kitchen is good for cooking, etc. The shower is nice. We enjoyed hanging out in the living room watching TV. Having morning coffee on the deck was really nice. The beds were comfortable. The stairs are mentioned in the pictures, but they are more than a normal staircase.

An Idyllic Lakeside Retreat.

Our stay at this quaint property was nothing short of perfect. Nestled in a serene and quiet countryside, this charming 3-bedroom bungalow was just what my brother and I needed for our 5-night stay. The home was only a few minutes away from visiting our parents in Collinsville; the purpose of our trip. What truly set it apart was the seamless blend of homely comforts and vacation luxury. Very clean and well-maintained, it felt like our own slice of countryside paradise, where nature and relaxation harmoniously intertwined. The host was accommodating and responsive to our questions throughout the stay. We definitely intend to stay there again when we return in the spring, provided it’s available.

Holiday House

We stayed here over Christmas. We needed a place where we could come together as a family and celebrate. We were greeted with a Christmas tree and bottle of wine. The house was clean and warm. We didn’t use the fireplace as it was wood burning and it was too cold to enjoy the deck, but the view was pretty and we enjoyed watching all the birds out back. We used the kitchen extensively and had no issues. This was a very nice place and we would surely return when coming back to the Metro East.

Peaceful Experience

My husband and I plus two adult children and their spouses and two dogs stayed two nights. We attended a Cardinals game Thursday night and Friday night went to listen to a friend sing/play. Otherwise, we just relaxed in this peaceful setting. The open kitchen/dining/living was a great meeting place, but we mostly enjoyed the covered deck that overlooks the lake. The rooster is quite entertaining! The house was very clean and beds were comfortable. Since there is only one bathroom, it is nice that it is large with double sinks. Highly recommend! PS: The actual address will get you there on Google maps and within two house on Maps.

Beautiful views and very spacious

We had a hiccup initially with our stay but the owner was very accommodating. She was communicative and worked everything out with us. The property is beautiful and was very spacious. Would definitely reccomend this place!

I had a great time here, wonderful views! There is a downstairs neighbor though, be careful not to walk into their home!
