“Beautiful property with lots of opportunities to explore and enjoy nature. Some of the more adventerous one's did a great hike to the trails and went to several of the waterfalls, others tried the fishing and the older folks played in the arcade and built puzzles. The kitchen was great. The wi-fi was not the best for us but we were happy to see the teens without phones in their hands all the time so it was good. We all drove separate vehicles so our transport was fine. There are a lot of steps...

“Linda and Mike were outstanding hosts and welcoming to us. They were accommodating to special diet needs, and anxious to meet our requests. Food was delicious, the sitting area was cozy and our room was perfect. If it were possible we’d give 10 stars. Mike us a tour of the mill and a history of the property that made the whole experience fulfilling. ”

“I give this a five star because it is excellent for what it is meant to be - a no frills, clean, and comfortable place to sleep and rest for a couple days while we explored the area. It is nothing fancy - there is no free breakfast (which are usually less than to be desired anyways). It is nicely decorated in the retro style and is a fun throwback to the motels of the 50's and 60's. I like that there were two chairs, so my spouse and I could both sit to watch TV or read, because I prefer to sit...
