“This was the first time I’ve had to immediately leave a hotel upon arrival. The room was not cleaned, had no sheets on the bed, hair and pests throughout, and a shower window that appeared to expose the entire bathroom to the courtyard. The AC barely worked and there was no way to reach a live person for help despite multiple attempts — only automated responses until the next morning. “Starting at the front desk the staff there was excellent courteous and professional. My room was excellent definitely very very clean and very comfortable. The pool deck and the pool are beautiful and you can tell her well-kept. Breakfast was so so but it still was average. I will be returning once a month to see my family so I know now where I can stay.”
