Every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure guests had a great experience. “For an older hotel…it was a little dated. I did see mold in shower on grout. Everything else was fine.”

“I booked with Expedia and this is by far the worst! The pictures on the website look nothing like in person! Only one elevator working, and the hotel was filthy, I wanted a refund and Expedia couldn't help only told me to call the front desk. I was offered another room and that room was the same! Awful!”

The only problem I had the outside didn't match the photos, and it was like they were called away in the middle of cleaning so there was no clean towels and the second bedroom the beds were not made or cleaned.I pray the main bedroom was changed”

“everything is close to the Springs and parking is plentiful and safe. In fact the room was exceptional and quiet with easy access and comfort. The only reason for my 4 star really had more to do with condition than amenities. The TV was not set up for ease of use and no local chanels for weather etc., a squeaking door to access bath, and lighting by the bed area a little dim. Arrived to property after 5:30pm to discover app process was redundant and I’d have to wait in line to check in at front desk, resulting in combined hour of my time wasted for check in. “The location was great! The staff was helpful and kind. The bathroom was out of shower gel when we arrived and it smelled of mildew. The pool was cloudy and one of the hot tubs was closed and had actual unsightly weeds growing out of it.”
