“There were small roaches all around, when we got there our room was not ready.when I complain about the 2 hours late for our new room the lady in charge was very rude in front of other customers. The officer front office was locked all the time we have to stand up and know until someone will show up, this place is ridiculous, I am giving up on Expedia twice already very disappointed, last time was in Kissime/Orlando. Parking was ok, but one of my hubcap was taken, we have to leave a day early...

“They do not clean your room unless you specifically ask at the front desk the prior day. I had to vacuum my own room. There were bugs crawling on the night stand. I decided to check the bed for bed bugs and the box spring was stained , the towels and rags were stained and were barely held together. The rooms smelled, the hallway smelled and the pool was dirty and in need of repair. And the pool towels were very stained . “My husband is an evangelist, and we travel to the area for almost a week visiting friends that are Missionaries. This Inn was more pleasant to stay yet than a Hilton or Hampton.. friendly staff that goes above and beyond, the room was clean. The property was clean. The pool area with a view of the lake was charming.. if I had to say one thing negative about this day, it would be that the pool was not heated or that they didn’t offer a Jacuzzi for cooler temperatures.
