“So if the staff are reading rhis, I wonder if a Platt or a longer Platt name has ever stayed there, other than me? I laughed with the staff about wanting to stay here because my last name is Platt..... (a few letters longer). I had a magical stay. I enjoyed the rooftop. The service was prompt. The rooms were clean, the showers worked, i'm in downtown new york city, what else can you ask for? Next time I come to new york, I'm staying here especially now that I know the neighborhood better.”

“Hotel does not match online images at all. Rooms were filthy around the beds and baseboards in both room and bath. Beds were not comfortable and you could hear everything. The staff however was friendly enough. ”
