Enjoy a relaxing stay at our newly remodeled home in Castalian Springs. This lovely home has a brick exterior and is a creekfront property.

It's only about 45 minute trip to Nashville, and is less than 4 mile commute to Bledsoe Creek state park, with loads of trails, fishing spots, and beautiful sights.

Inside there is tons of space for a family gathering, including a pool table, fully furnished kitchen, a cozy fireplace room, an outdoor firepit, and more.

Master Bedroom - Includes a King bed with beautiful King suite, large mounted Smart TV, a private bathroom, and plenty of space.

Bedroom 2 - Features a Queen bed and a washer and dryer unit on-site

Bedroom 3 - Features a Queen bed with closet space

MAIN ROOMS

Fireplace Foyer - Lovely sitting room and library with a fireplace making for a cozy social spot in the front room

Living Room - Huge open concept Living space that includes a large U shaped sofa with lounge spots, and a large Smart TV

Dining Room - Open dining room that flows to the kitchen area and living space. Features a cozy wooden table with 6 chairs.

Kitchen - A fully furnished kitchen complete with new appliances, a dishwasher, and a fully stocked coffee station

Game Room - A fun unique game room including a custom built pool table from Olhousen, a foosball table, and a futon sofa

OUTDOORS SPACE

Front Patio - includes outdoor patio seating in the front of the home

Back Deck - includes more seating and private view of the yard down to the creek

Fire Pit - A 4 seater firepit for those cool spring/fall nights

The code to the keyless entry will be sent to you on the day of your arrival via your messaging inbox.

There are multiple parking spots available under the carport out back. If you need more than those 2 spots you can park in the grass as well.

Other things to note
This is a smoke-free home, absolutely no smoking indoors of any kind allowed. A cleaning fee of $250 - $500 will be charged for anyone in breach of this policy, depending on the severity.

There are several parking spots available behind the home under the carport, or out front on the grass beside the walking path. Please do not block the main driveway, it is a shared driveway with a separate apartment.
