“L'hotel necessita di essere rinnovato ma il rinnovo e' previsto e viene pubblicizzato nella lobby per questo inverno. Lo staff alla reception e' cordiale e disponibile. Il servizio di pulizia e' un piccolo disastro se confrontato con gli standard europei, un giorno dimenticano gli asciugamani un giorno la pulizia della camera un giorno di rifornire il set per te e caffè , comunque servizio discontinuo. La posizione dell'hotel e' strepitosa si gode di una magnifica vista sulla baia la spiaggia e...

“Unfortunately my family's five day stay was a terrible experience. The hotel is very run down and poorly maintained. And there were issues from the time we arrived. The biggest problem was mosquitoes in and outside our room. I complained to the young receptionist and her first response was very disappointing. I was told that there were some "very important people" including judges expected to arrive and we might not be able to switch rooms. Advice to the young lady: never make a guest feel like...

“I loved staying at the Blue Haven Hotel! I plan to return soon. Marilyn, Carl, and the hotel staff were warm and inviting and made me feel right at home. The restaurant quality and service was excellent--hats off to the chef. Try the Tobagonian Breakfast and the local catch of the day for dinner. The quiet Bacolet Bay beach provided a beautiful background for relaxing and cooling off in the ocean. The oceanfront room allowed me to fall asleep to the sound of waves every night. Highly recommend...

“The facilities are clean and in good working order. There was parking on-site. The location is close to many restaurants and shops.”

“The owners and staff were warm, welcoming and always willing to help. Very nice people. Loved that they had recycle bins throughout the property and separate bins in the villas for organics and other materials. The property and trails were beautiful, the flowers, plants, fish pond and ducks were nice to see. There were lots of birds to see and hear. Overall a great place and cant wait to go back.”
