There is a mini market just near the apartment. If you are looking for a bigger shopping Center there is one called Gioli' that it's far 1 km away.
About the parking there is a private box where you can park inside or in front of it if you don't want to take in and out your car every time.
About the beaches, there are several beautiful beaches near and some very good restaurants, bars, gelaterie etc.
The pool is accessible but there is an entrance fee, the opening months of the pool are from June - August

For those who loves extreme sports and water entertainment, the beach in front of the apartment offers the possibility to rent jet skiis and other water entertainment.
There is also a large shared swimming pool accessible for all guests staying in the apartment.
If you want to have a fun experience you need to go to Eco Parco del Mediterraneo which is like 5 minutes driving from the apartment.
It's a lake where you can swim relax or do some water sports like fly water jet pack, jet skiis and other attractions.
