Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, sehr gute Kommunikation, viel Platz für 6 bis 8 Personen, sauberer großer Pool, sehr günstiger Ausgangspunkt um Florenz, Pisa, Lucca, die Küste ... zu erreichen. Kritik: die allgemeine Plage mit Stechmücken wird am Objekt durch ein relativ großes künstlich angelegtes Becken mit ruhendem Wasser besonders begünstigt, was zu starker Belästigung am daneben befindlichen Pool und im Haus führte. Besonderes Erlebnis: von Besitzern im Backofen am Objekt bereitete Pizza.

Das Haus entspricht vollkommen der Vorstellung im Internet. Es ist sauber und ordentlich. Auch die Außenanlagen sind gepflegt. Einziges Manko ist die Zufahrt. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr abgelegen und die Zufuhrt abenteuerlich.

Nette Unterkunft, in ruhiger Lage

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin, war gut. Man konnte Sie alles fragen. Die Lage, der Unterkunft, ist sehr abgelegen und dadurch sehr ruhig. Zur Unterkunft, gehört ein großes Grundstück, wodurch man sich sehr frei bewegen kann und nicht eingeengt fühlt. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Pool wurde, alle paar Tage saubergemacht. In der einen Woche die wir da waren 3 mal. Für Familien oder Freunde, ist das Haus mega empfehlenswert, da man sich nicht immer auf den Füßen steht und auch viele Freiraum hat um sich mal alleine zu entspannen (wenn man das möchte).

Dissapointing stay

Our recent stay at a villa in Tuscany was disappointing due to several issues. On arrival, we noticed fire ash and an old water bottle left outside, setting a poor first impression. Worse still were the unbearable smells from the drains in all three bathrooms, making them nearly unusable. The outdoor area was also problematic. A stagnant pond next to the pool attracted mosquitoes, making it difficult to enjoy the space. The barbecue area was unclean, and cigarette ends were floating in the pool, showing a lack of proper maintenance. Adding to the disturbance, the villa is located just 20 feet from a noisy working farmyard, with machinery operating throughout the day and evening, which ruined any chance of peace and quiet. Safety concerns included a kettle that didn’t turn off automatically and water marks in the master bedroom caused by a leaking air conditioner. Furthermore, charging an electric car here is expensive, with rates as high as 2 euros per kWh during the day. While the villa has potential, these significant issues prevent us from recommending it until major improvements are made. The pictures are very misleading.

Relaxing holiday

Lovely house and grounds, pool is amazing. House is very spacious, air con in the bedrooms made it very comfortable despite the heatwave! Great communication and assistance from Isola with checking in, shopping tips etc!

Urlaub bei Lucca

Das Haus bietet komfortabelen Platz für 8 Leute oben, und hat noch 1 zusätzliches Bettsofa im Erdgeschoss. Das Haus hat ein grosses Gelände herum, ganz geschlossen, ideal wenn Hund dabei. Der Pool hatte viel Erfolg bei den Teenies,und tat gut nach den Besichtigungen der Umgegend.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit viel Platz, großes Grundstück mit einem tollen Swimming-Pool. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgehühlt. Gute Ausgangsbasis für die Erkundung der Toskana (Geheimtipp: Montecarlo). Hinweise zum Haus: * Duschvorhänge und Abzieher in allen Bädern wären schön * Befestigung einiger Toilettenbecken notwendig * Sonnenschirme und Standfüße teilweise defekt

Vi havde en skøn ferie i Toscana. 2 familier med 4 voksne og 5 børn i alt. Dejligt stort køkken med plads til madlavning og hygge. God pool med plads til både afslapning og leg. God beliggenhed i forhold til både Lucca, Pisa og Firenze.

Nice Family Stay

Thank you Isa and Luana for being a great attentive host during our stay. We have been family of 4+5 on a week stay bank holiday May weekend. Overall it was a verynice stay with highlight of swimming pool, large green property, pizza oven, winter garden and comfortable lounge-kitchen area with multiple sleeping options. We had some roof issues during rainy days which have been resolved, also I would say to maybe include map to front entrance gate as it created a lot of challenges getting from back gate via google maps:) Also it is worth saying there is working farm next door so some noise during morning hrs are expirienced. Overall very nice stay with base for discovering northern tuscany and plenty of space for kids to use their energy and have fun. Best and many thanks

Very Nice Villa

We enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of room for our family of 6 adults and 3 children. Property was nice although there is noise from the neighbors running heavy equipment. Also the showers draining situation is not great. Much water on the floors! Positives: Well equipped kitchen. Nice pool and outdoor eating and gathering space. Lots of room for children to roam and play. Location is good for exploring Tuscany. The highlight of the stay was Isla cooking her lasagne for us! Absolutely delicious! She was also very helpful answering all of our questions.

Needs refreshing

While we were disappointed with the initial tired impression this is a wonderful space for a family holiday and we did have terrific fun with masses of space, traditional kitchen for home cooked meals and lots of fresh figs straight off the trees every morning (we were lucky with timing for figs) Stagnant large lily pond, tired paint and scum line around pool (which was subsequently cleaned) can all be refreshed and put right. Be prepared for farm machinery noises from the adjacent farm buildings and the close proximity of power pylons, which we got used to.

Our time in Tuscany

A wonderful country home, with great proximity to all of the places to visit on our bucket list. Dario was fantastic in communication both prior to, and during the visit, as was Isla. The wine vineyard with a fabulous luncheon and wine tasting, cooking lesson, and pizza night at the home a must for all who visit! The a/c in the bedrooms upstairs was perfect, down stairs remains cool throughout the day even without it. The pool was perfect for relaxing "Under the Tuscan Sun". Definitely recommend for a visit to beautiful Tuscany, the location is perfect - Pisa, Lucca, and beaches within a 30 minute drive, Florence, San Gimignano, and Siena an hour, all through beautiful countryside (we chose not to take the 'quickest' route each time).

Schönes, in die Jahre gekommenes Haus

Das Haus(liebevoll eingerichtet) und das Grundstück sindauf den ersten Blick sehr schön. Bei genaueren Hinsehen merkt man, dass der Zahn der Zeit schon etwas nagt und die Vermieter, wegen ihres hohen Alters leider mit der Instandhaltung nicht mehr hinterher kommen. Wünschenswert wären aktuelle Fotos, da sich doch einiges verändert hat. Der große Garten ist klasse für Hund und Kinder. Es gibt außerdem viele Obstbäume an denen man sich bedienen kann. Der Pool war auch sehr schön und wurde jeden Tag vom Vermieter gereinigt. Die Stechmücken waren eine Plage und haben uns ganz schön gepiesackt. Im Großen und Ganzen ist das Anwesen sehr schön, aber durch die alten Fotos ist man im ersten Augenblick etwas enttäuscht.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit kleinen Mängeln

Wir waren zu 9 (nur Erwachsene) und zwei Hunde 10 Tage dort und hatten einen super entspannten Urlaub. Das Gelände ist wirklich riesig, perfekt für Hunde, und das Haus sehr großzügig und geräumig. Die Kommunikation, sowohl mit den Hausbesitzern als auch Isa, lief zu jeder Zeit reibungslos und war sehr freundlich. Wir wurden zwei Mal vor Ort im Haus von zwei italienischen Damen (Tiziana & Freundin) mit einem 4-Gang-Menü bekocht. Alles absolut frisch und es war super lecker. Das können wir wirklich nur jedem empfehlen!! Pizzaofen und Grill steht auch zur Verfügung und hat bestens funktioniert. Es gab mehrere Kleinigkeiten, welche man verbessern könnte. Der schon oft erwähnte fehlende Duschvorhang und in zwei Bädern, einen Abzieher in jedem Bad. Ein Staubsauger wäre wünschenswert, um den Boden wirklich ordentlich von Staub befreien zu können. Die Ausstattung in der Küche war insgesamt gut, aber leider gab es nicht mal 9 Weingläser, was etwas schade war. Den Weinglasvorrat haben wir dann aufgestockt :) Am Pool gibt es nur 6 Liegen. Letzter Punkt: Ein zweiter Schlüssel für das Tor wäre auch super. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt & hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Wer Abgeschiedenheit und Entspannung sucht, ist hier definitiv richtig!

Tolles Haus mit riesigem Grundstück und schönem Pool

Wir (4 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder, ein Hund) hatten das Haus für zwei Wochen gebucht. Aufgrund der durchweg sehr positiven Rezensionen und der tollen Bilder, sind wir mit einer sehr hohen Erwartungshaltung angereist. Das Haus ist in unseren Augen sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr großzügig und weitestgehend sauber. Einige Stellen hätten sauberer sein können (Küche, Bad) sowie im Außenbereich der Bereich um die Waschmaschine. Das Duschen ohne Duschvorhang gestaltete sich etwas unentspannt, war aber dennoch machbar. Alles in allem ein ganz tolles Haus, ein super Grundstück mit tollem, eingezäunten Pool. Hervorzuheben war die jederzeit reibungslose Kommunikation mit den Hausverwaltern (check-in, check-out, sehr schnelle Hilfe bei Problemen, sehr hilfreiche Tipps bzgl. Restaurants und Aktivitäten in der Umgebung). Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Great holiday home with super nice landlords

We were there for 12 days (4 adults, 4 children and 2 dogs) and really enjoyed our stay. The communication in advance as well as the handover was uncomplicated and very warm. The house offers enough space for everyone, the pool is great for cooling down and relaxing and the children and dogs had a lot of fun on the huge property. Shops can be easily reached by car (supermarkets approx. 10 minutes). The beach (Marina di Pisa) takes about 45 minutes. We'd love to come again :-)

Charmantes Ferienhaus, Top Gastgeber

Wir haben das Ferienhaus für eine Woche gebucht. Also ich vor Ort war hat mich der Eindruck umgehauen. Ich war absolut begeistert. Wir haben uns direkt Wohl gefühlt. Haus und Grundstück waren groß, sauber und sehr ordentlich. Es hat alles gepasst und war genau so wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Gastgeberin Luana war sehr freundlich und nett. Vielen Dank!

Wunderschöner Gruppenurlaub

Unser erster Urlaub in der Toskana als Gruppe mit 9 Personen war toll! Sabrina und Daniel haben uns beide willkommen geheißen und waren per WhatsApp immer erreichbar. Die Villa ist in einer ruhigen Gegend, trotzdem aber mit dem Auto nur ca. 10 Minuten zum nächsten Supermarkt. Alles war sehr sauber, Klimaanlagen sind in allen Schlafzimmern vorhanden. Das Duschen ist etwas problematisch, da es keine Duschvorhänge gibt - mit etwas Vorsicht jedoch kein Problem. Autan ist zur Dämmerungszeit ein Muss! Für ein tolles Abendessen sorgte der Grill und der Pizza Ofen. Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einem tollen rustikalen toskanischem Haus! Ein Ausflug nach Florenz, Lucca oder Pisa ist mit ca. 1 Stunde Autofahrt einfach zu unternehmen.
