  • I giardini e gli esterni di questa caratteristica casa di campagna italiana VILLA OTTO sono semplicemente magnifici. Base ideale per visitare le bellezze della Toscana, l'agriturismo si trova a Orentano, un delizioso paese ricco di eventi popolari, sagre e ristoranti su misura. Il clou di questa villa è la vicinanza a tutti i principali siti e cose da vedere della Toscana come Pisa, Lucca, Pistoia, Firenze, San Gimignano, Volterra e Siena: la villa è strategicamente situata a metà strada tra tutte queste città. Le spiagge di Viareggio, Lido di Camaiore e Forte dei Marmi sono a soli 40 minuti di auto, quindi è vicino anche alle Cinque Terre. Con i suoi interni spaziosi e confortevoli e gli splendidi spazi esterni, è un'ottima opzione sia per gruppi che per famiglie numerose.



    Il piano terra ospita una cucina rustica completamente attrezzata, nonché un grande soggiorno con TV e zona pranzo, tutti aperti su un piacevole portico/veranda con vista sul giardino e sulla piscina, completamente arredato con divani, poltrone e altro tavolo da pranzo. Al piano terra si trova anche una camera da letto principale con il proprio bagno di lusso e una lavanderia.



    Al piano superiore ci sono tre camere da letto, inondate di luce naturale con 2 bagni di lusso e un salotto. La casa è completamente climatizzata e dispone di una connessione wifi molto affidabile fornita dalla compagnia telefonica nazionale.



    La piscina privata si trova accanto alla casa, con un accogliente gazebo per ombreggiare e otto lettini prendisole.



    I giardini e gli interni seducenti sono stati progettati da un famoso architetto.

Villa Otto è un alloggio immerso nel verde, adatto ad ospitare otto persone nel massimo comfort. Sia gli spazi interni che esterni sono adeguatamente equipaggiati. I nostri contatti Filippo e Roberto sono stati molto disponibili e hanno saputo gestire tempestivamente qualche piccolo intoppo dovuto al maltempo.

It is stunning! The grounds are beautiful and it is so peaceful. We took our 1 year old granddaughter and 4 month old grandson and it was perfect. Would recommend to everyone.

What a wonderful stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Lucca! The villa was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, exactly like in the photos.The host, was incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing great recommendations. Communication was smooth, and she was quick to respond to any questions.Overall, we highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Toscany!

A dreamy holiday!

The Villa Otto is located in a quiet neighborhood in the city of Orentano. The checkin was very convenient and friendly Cristina gave us lots of helpful tips to explore during our stay. Everything needed is reachable within a short drive and the place is a good start to explore the region. We can definitely recommend this clean and beautiful apartment for exploring this part of Tuscany.

Wedding Celebrations

Came here after a weekend celebrating our Sons wedding just down the Road. Excellent villa, clean spacious, well equipped with plenty of kitchen utensils. We all had a wonderful week. Close to Luca and Pisa which was a bonus. Roberto was a great host helping out with any problems and Filippo was on hand for any questions. Would highly recommend, thank you Lucca Apartments! Nothing, everything was fabulous.

Villa Otto is absolutely beautiful

We were a party of four adults & three children. The Villa is beautiful and very modern. The owner Marco was very welcoming & we visited his patisserie for a welcome breakfast. The pool was cleaned every day. I would throughly recommend a stay at this Villa.

A real OASIS!

Villa Otto is absolutely beautiful. We were a party of four adults & three children. The Villa is beautiful and very modern. The owner Marco was very welcoming & we visited his patisserie for a welcome breakfast. The pool was cleaned every day. I would throughly recommend a stay at this Villa.

Fantastic stay

Lovely property with a stunning pool in a nice quiet area. Very comfy beds. Only a short 10 minute walk into the local town. Fillipo was very helpful during our stay and had plenty of recommendations for where to go and eat! We also hired Roberto, the caretaker/gardener, to cook pizzas in the outdoor pizza oven one night - very much worth it as the pizzas were delicious! If we come back to this part of Italy, we will definitely stay here again.

A truly special Villa - exceeded our expectations

Book it ! you wont be disappointed - worth every penny . This villa is like a small boutique hotel that you get for yourselves. Everything was spotless, a lovely meet and showaround from Laura and the owner and his family are a genuine Italian family (who own a lovely bakery in nearby town). A great location, small town with 2 restaurants and cafes and small shop. Can highly recommend the Vito re Della Pizzeria - a family owned place - try the nutella pizza for desert. Lucca is beautiful and worth a whole day. We will be back .

Beautiful Villa

Upon arrival the owner and property manager met us at the Villa. They walked us through it and showed us how to us everything. The Villa is absolutely beautiful! The owners wife owns a bakery in town that is to die for!! About a 10 minute car ride. A must! Isabella arranged a wine tour with a private driver which I highly recommend. We rented a car and did mini trips such as Lucca and Pisa.

WOW!!

Wow !!!! That was my experience from this house! We came 7 adults and 2 kids for a week. Everything is like in the pictures. The house and the pool where amazing, clean, cozy and a really Tuscany house. Close to Pisa , Firenze and Lucca . The owner Marco and Cristina helped as with all the questions and tips.

Nice villa with outstanding service

The villa is perfect for families with kids. We stayed outside almost all day. It has a huge garden and big pool. With a nice platform for kids to play and sit in the water. The villa has everything you need. The service provided by Roberto and Filippo is outstanding. The pool area is not entirely as shown on the picture, there are other sunbeds (dark), which can get very hot in the sun. Also there is no umbrella, because of wind, but you can easily move the sunbeds below the olive tree to get shade.

It's really beautiful and comfortable house. It's fully respect to description and picture. We were 2 families consist of 4 adults and 3 children's. Main places for our common activities was terrace and swimming pool. Pool have been cleaned every day. Lawn near the houle is wonderfull. Kitchen equipped very well and modern. Bedrooms are big, comfortable and cosy, bathrooms as well. Really good location, just 7 min driving from autobahn. It's easy and comfortable to get a lot of intresting places (Pisa, Lucca, Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena, La Specia)

What a place

Fantastic villa in Tuscany. Place was extremely comfy, spacious enough for 2 families, very clean, and generally finished to a high standard. Would highly recommend. 2 minor things: The welcome at check in time, while generally welcomed, was a bit over the top and could be a bit more efficient I.e. stick to the key things in the house like the kitchen, heating etc. no need to show every room in detail. The only other minor thing is the area around the pool is very slippery when wet, not sure if a non slip finish could be applied to make it a bit safer.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Wow! A very beautiful and comfortable house! Filippo is a wonderful concierge and extremely helpful with excellent recommendations, such as a delicious dinner at home with a private chef and an exciting boat adventure at sea! Best day ever! Grazie Associazione per Il Mare! We spent a wonderful day at sea under the careful care of Captain Marco and First Mate Lamberto. Our family chartered the boat Moby Dick for a 6-hour cruise of Portovenere, neighboring islands and lunch at sea! At Villa Otto, what a pleasure to see Roberto every morning - he maintains the grounds and pool so nicely. The pool is so refreshing after a day of exploring Tuscany. To finish the evening, I recommend hiring Roberto to make the most delicious pizzas in the outdoor pizza oven! Mille grazie Filippo & Roberto per una bella settimana!

Eine Wunderbare Woche!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Otto! Die Villa ist modern, sehr gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet – besonders der Pool und die gemütlichen Plätze unter der Pergola oder auf der Terrasse haben uns begeistert. Alles war sehr sauber und wir haben nichts vermisst. Roberto, der Hausmeister, war täglich da, um den Pool zu reinigen. Trotz unserer spärlichen Sprachkenntnisse haben wir uns gut verstanden. Ein besonderes Highlight war der Pizzaabend, den Roberto für uns organisiert hat – das haben wir über Philippo gebucht. Philippo war immer für uns da und hat uns bei einem Defekt am Herd sofort geholfen. Dabei haben auch die Besitzer sehr herzlich reagiert und uns sogar Pizza und Dolci vorbeigebracht. Zum Abschluss der Woche haben wir über Philippo private Chefs gebucht – das war ein perfektes Highlight! In der Umgebung haben wir auch Florenz, Pisa und Lucca besucht. Die Stimmung während des Urlaubs war entspannt, fröhlich und wohltuend. Wir haben die Villa Otto schon an Familie und Freunde weiterempfohlen – für alle, die Ruhe und Erholung in der Toskana suchen, einfach ideal. Danke an Roberto, Philippo und das ganze Team für diese unvergessliche Zeit!

Villa Otto is Paradise! Mrs Sonia is amazing!

We returned from the villa 2 days ago and had a great time. Sonia was very helpful as was her son. The villa was spotless and had everything you could possibly need as well as a nice welcome pack which was very helpful as we arrived late on a Saturday night! We had plenty of space for the 6 adults and 2 kids and the complex was very safe for the kids as it was all gated and secure. The villa is situated in a very central location and is in walking distance to everything you need and there is a large supermarket not far from the villa. the TV was great as the kids could watch english programs and there were lots of antique and new books to choose from. The pool was clean and in a charming setting, also not deep which is great for kids - the travel cot and highchair were also a god send!! We had great barbeques aImost every night and we always had dinner on the beautiful terrace facing the pool and the hills all around. The villa itself is a highscale luxury home featuring intriguing interiors and the setting and the garden are IMPRESSIVE, so beautiful. I really enjoyed and would love to go again. Thanks Sonia for all your help :)

Stunning villa and gardens. Amazing pool!

Villa Otto was everything we hoped it would be. The beautiful interiors provided a cool respite from the Italian sun. The well maintained gardens were lovely to enjoy and the pool absolutely exquisite. Thank you to Roberto for the help and the tomatoes. What a gentleman you are. Thank you to Felipe for your helpful recommendations and booking some super restaurants - nothing was too much trouble. Book it - you won’t be disappointed. It would be helpful to have a few basics included in the kitchen: olive oil, salt, pepper etc. possibly a welcome bottle of wine would be a nice touch as it is a lot of money to book.
