“This cabin was the perfect spot for exploring Mt Shasta. Close to the town for shopping and dining. Cute little campground vibe. Beautiful at night with lights and fire pits. Very easy check in. The 2 bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Living room and dining/kitchen area very roomy. Very comfortable for 3 adults. Would highly recommend if someone is looking for a quaint cabin in the woods vibe but with all the amenities for comfort.”

“It was spacious, but we were overall dissatisfied with the quality of the cabin (a refurbished single wide trailer) that we were assigned. The front door was flimsy and didn’t close property. We had to pull and jiggle.. needless to say we didn’t feel that safe. The place was clean on the surface, but the windows had caked on dirt that was pretty gross.”

“We stayed in the modern cabin. Very nice! Had everything we needed, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom. I would have liked a blanket for the couch. They had sweet lights strung around, nice touch. Liked the community spaces, pool, hammocks, fire pit, plenty of games. Was central locating to lots of hiking, waterfalls, river, caverns. Liked the info book with recommendations for planning. “My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Banyan cabin. It was very tranquil and allowed us to destress very easily. The cabin is in excellent condition with the kitchen bearing a nice modern look. There was a washer and dryer in the cabin which allowed us to wash some of our clothes no problem. Management was nice and friendly and helped us check into the cabin easily. "La recensione eccellente è per il personale Zechari e Lily Hope due angeli custodi che ci hanno aiutato a recuperare un oggetto dimenticato dentro alla cassaforte del precedente hotel. Ci hanno supportato e aiutato chiamando direttamente loro anche con il proprio telefono. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto usufruire della notte prenotata perché siamo dovuti ritornare a prendere l'oggetto smarrito. Ottima anche la postazione pc con stampante che ci ha permesso di attivare la pratica lost and found. Spero che la struttura possa premiare in qualche modo queste due super dipendenti per la loro cortesia e assistenza non scontata. Grazie mille ancora e se per caso venite in Italia contattateci. Brave ragazze continuate a fare la differenza buona vita. The excellent review is for the staff members Zechari and Lily Hope, two guardian angels who helped us retrieve an item left inside the safe of our previous hotel.They supported and helped us by calling directly themselves, even using their own phones. Unfortunately, we could not stay the night we had booked because we had to go back to pick up the lost item.The computer and printer station was also great, as it allowed us to start the lost and found process. I hope the hotel can somehow reward these two super employees for their kindness and exceptional assistance.Thank you very much again, and if you happen to come to Italy, please contact us. Well done girls, keep making a difference, and we wish you a good life."
