VILLA PANTALONE - CASTELLAMARE DEL GOLFO AREA

Situated in the municipal of Castellamare del Golfo, Villa Pantalone is the ideal place to discover the wild nature of Sicily. Not too far , 20km away, you can find the stunning Greek temple of Segesta. Segesta is an unusually well preserved Greek Doric temple. Travelling another 20 km you can find the spectacular village of Erice.

Villa Pantalone is approx. 130 sq. meters big within a luscious Mediterranean garden with lots of olive trees. All the property is fenced and has a private main entry gate and its own parking slot.

The house develops over one level and it overlooks the city of Castellamare del Golfo and the blue Mediterranean Sea.

The house is composed of two units. Ideal for big groups that want to keep their privacy and independence. Both units have their own living room and kitchen. In each kitchen there is a Microwave oven, a coffee machine with caps, a toaster, stove and oven. In each unit there is a double bedroom and a two-bed room. A bathroom with shower is available in each unit.

A common large veranda goes along the whole house with tables and garden furniture overlooking the pool. A barbecue is available outside for lovely grilled meats. The pool size is 10 x 6 meters large and it goes from 1.20 to 2.40 meters deep. From this veranda you will have a unique view of Castellamare and the sea.

1. The water is rich in limestone and we recommend that for drinking purposes you are using bottled water only. The water at this property can be used for washing and cooking, but not drinking.
2. The Villa has a video surveillance system intended only for the external areas. There are 10 cameras and they cover the entire external perimeter of the villa, the swimming pool and the gate.
