Personale gentile ma vergognoso che tra tutte le lingue parlate non conoscono 1 parola in italiano, siamo in un paese europeo, era il minimo!!!
La colazione carissima esagerati...buona di tutto un po ma non accettabile il prezzo a persona....22 euro!!!un esagerazione.....un ultima cosa se non controlli tentano di fregarti con servizi che non hai usufruito e quindi farti pagare qlc di non dovuto!!”

“Very bad service, you can see the place is new and the staff is not train as a 4 star hotel.
The service is of a 3 star hotel, I had few problems as waiting 1 hour to get gluten free bread. The bread was contaminated with gluten and so we felt sick afterwards( we are gluten intolerant) , if the guest was Celiac could have be very dangerous. Than at the check out the receptionist asked us to pay again, even though the reservation was already paid we lost half an hours before she realized she...

“Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt! Wir hatten ein schönes, großes Zimmer im Erdgeschoss , besser wäre es aber gewesen, ein Zimmer in der 1. oder 2. Etage zu haben, damit man die Vorhänge im Zimmer offen lassen könnte. ”
