Goertz & Partner offers you in Empuriabrava and its surroundings all the activities for a great family holiday. This apartment is located in the "Gran Reserva" residential complex, with interior passages, plants and flowers, gardens, and pools surrounded by grass (community pool entry not included in the rental). Upon entering the home, you will find a bedroom on your left with a bunk bed (two 90 cm beds). Then you will find the living-dining room with an open kitchen (ceramic hob). On the left, you will find the second bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a bathroom with an Italian shower. From the dining room, you have access to a terrace overlooking the playground. A 2-minute walk away is the beach of Empuriabrava, which stands out for its easy access and also for the quality of the waters and golden sand, making it one of the best beaches on the Costa Brava. This apartment also has a parking space in an underground car park (number 5).
