Home Select International offers this charming rental house located in the residential area of Port Rhodes in Empuriabrava, a peaceful setting ideal for enjoying a relaxing holiday by the canal.
Upon entering the house, on the left there is a hallway leading to a bedroom with a single bed (90x190), an extra bed and direct access to the garage. At the end of the hallway, there is a bathroom with a large shower and sink, and just beside it, a separate toilet.
From here, you arrive at the double-height living room, cozy and bright, furnished with a sofa, armchairs, coffee table, television with French channels and a fireplace. The living room connects to the open-plan kitchen facing the canal, fully equipped with microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, oven, fridge, blender, toaster and ceramic hob.
The dining room, located in the tower, creates a very special atmosphere with its round table, benches and seating for eight. From the living room, two large glass doors open onto the terrace and garden.
Outside, a garden overlooking the canal features a saltwater pool (5x3 m), four sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a private 10-metre mooring. The terrace has an outdoor dining area for six and a barbecue, perfect for summer evenings.
On the first floor, the tour begins with a bedroom with two single beds (90x200), bedside tables, lamps and air conditioning. Opposite is a full bathroom with bathtub, sink, toilet and bidet. To the right is another bedroom with two single beds (80x200), wardrobe and air conditioning. In the center of the hallway, a door leads to the rooftop terrace. To the left is the master bedroom with a double bed (180x200), two bedside tables with lamps, air conditioning and direct access to the terrace. All bedrooms have spacious wardrobes.
The first-floor terrace is equipped with a table and seven chairs, a parasol and two sun loungers, and offers privileged views of the port. From here, stairs lead to the solarium, the perfect spot to enjoy the weather and the views.
The garage includes a washing machine, iron, fridge and freezer. The house has wifi and pets are not allowed. Bed linen and towels are not included in the price but can be rented for an additional fee of €15/person (sheets) or €25/person (sheets + towels). Youth groups are not accepted and guests are asked to respect the neighbors’ peace.
