The ground floor comprises:

A lovely veranda, perfect for al fresco dining in the shade that floods the interior with sunlight!

An air-conditioned living and dining room, an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with a high table and stools for breakfast, working, or socializing.

One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), a second bedroom with a queen-size bed (150 cm), and a third bedroom with bunk beds. A bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and toilet.

The living room features a large smart TV (French and international channels) and a working fireplace for winter.

Upstairs (accessible via an external staircase), an air-conditioned suite features a queen-size bed (160 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet.

Outside, you'll find:

A brand-new, sunny swimming pool, heated from the beginning of April to the end of June and from September to the end of October.
The heat pump activates if the water temperature drops below 28°C, raising it by approximately 10°C compared to the average daily outside temperature, though this is entirely dependent on the weather!

A comfortable summer lounge area, sun loungers, and a charcoal barbecue are perfect for al fresco dining!

Parking for three cars is available inside the fully fenced villa, with additional parking spaces outside.

All amenities are nearby: a small supermarket is a 3-minute walk away, along with a pharmacy, butcher, a large park for children and pets, pétanque courts, a lake, canals, restaurants, and bars.
The beach is a 5-minute drive away.

This villa is only rented from Saturday to Saturday during peak season and cannot be rented to groups of people under 25.

The Empuriabrava marina is an ideal destination for family holidays, with a beach, swimming pool, mini-golf, tubing, bowling, water park, and canal tours in small electric boats. During peak season, enjoy evening concerts on the beach and afternoon recreational activities for children and teenagers, as well as Zumba and yoga classes every morning.
