I didn't have dinner on this occasion, due to other commitments, but the menu looked very enticing. Breakfast was well presented and tasted amazing. Just what i needed whilst working away from home. ”

“I would stay there again. However it would have been nice to have instructions on how to use the appliances. Had to figure out using chatgbt how to use dishwasher and washer/dryer. Could have had more kitchen garbage bags. There was just the one there and no others.”

“From the moment we arrived the staff was amazing , we checked in early as going to a festival. Amazing staff , good quality room as they always are. Came back in evening had a drink in the bar, friendly staff and great service, breakfast the next morning was really nice , all fresher cooked and great selection ”

“Really friendly at check in and throughout. Free parking a bonus. Room was great for what we needed with good facilities. Loved the fact there was a bar downstairs - very convenient for a nightcap. Not noisy at all. Room very hot (weather was extreme) and only one window to open but there was a fan. Would definitely stay again when in the area,”

“Greay appartment, was perfect for a group of 2 friends, one slept in the sofa bed (a bit less confortable than the bed which is very confortable). You can walk to the castle park in less than 10min. Had to turn around a bit to find parking, we ended up finding free street parking less than 5min walk. The flat isnt sound proof and you cam hear outside/ other flats doors but it was find wearing earplugs.”

"We had a problem with the room which the reception staff very kindly said they would deal with. Upon our return from a long day nothing of what they said they would do had been done.
The staff on post in the evening then sorted it for us, however, our room had not been cleaned. It was not very professional "

They clean it every third day for ecosustainability, it was not a problem though, because it was quite tidy to begin with. Staff was really helpful, I was offered a small upgrade at my arrival"
