“閑静な住宅街の家族経営クラスのホテルでしたが、スタッフの方が皆さん親切で3週間の滞在でしたが充実した滞在ができました。
滞在期間は非常に暑い日が続き連日30℃を超えてましたがスポットクーラーのある部屋だったため助かった。
チェックイン時、ドイツの2階は日本では3階と呼ぶ文化の違いを忘れてて、部屋が無いとフロントに言いにいったりしたが、大変親切に対応してくださった。
部屋はこじんまりとした感じではあるがきれいで清潔。
朝食がとても美味しくて毎朝充実した朝食を取って仕事に行けた。
チェックアウト時は私が大きな荷物を持っているのを掃除の方が見て、すかさずエレベータで荷物を運ばせてくれるなど、事あるごとにスタッフの皆様には親切に対応して頂けて大変感謝しています。
難点としては、住宅街にあるので、レストランやスーパーなどのお店が近くにないので、車でスーパーに行ってまとめ買いなどの対応が必要。
いずれにしてもスタッフの方が皆さん親切でアットホームなホテルでした。”

"I stayed at this hotel for a 3-day vacation and overall had a very positive experience.
The location is definitely a highlight: it’s about 800 meters from the central train station and less than a 10-minute walk to the city center.
The room was spacious and generally clean. I also appreciated the kitchen area, which was well equipped with everything needed for cooking and cleaning.
Among the facilities, I particularly enjoyed the pool and the adjoining sauna — a perfect way to unwind at the end of the day. The gym was modest but decently equipped for a basic workout.
In summary, a great option that offers a good balance between location, comfort, and useful amenities — ideal for those looking for a functional stay with a few relaxing extras."

"Abbiamo soggiornato con la mia famiglia per 5 notti. Un viaggio molto bello e rilassante, la città merita.
Albergo comodo, posizionato a pochi minuti dal centro (circa 10 Min a piedi), la zona sembra sicura anche se nei dintorni dormono barboni.
Appena fuori dall'hotel ci sono ristoranti e pub.
La camera è confortevole e pulita, dotata di cucinino, forno a microonde, bollitore e lavastoviglie, ci sono anche asse da stiro e ferro da stiro e tutte le stoviglie necessarie. L'hotel non fornisce pantofole. Ottima la sauna ad accesso libero nella zona palestra.
La colazione è molto abbondante, soprattutto sul salato, mentre sul dolce un po' meno, però è molto varia, per i golosi è presente un barattolone di nutella con dosatore.
Per chi soffre di intolleranze varie, c'è anche una discreta scelta. Oltre al latte hanno anche bevande di soia e latte senza lattosio.
Da non sottovalutare è la possibilità di riempire le bottiglie di acqua gratuitamente nella hole dell'hotel ed è inoltre sempre possibile servirsi gratuitamente the, camomilla, caffè, cappuccino, espresso, latte, ecc. Questo aspetto è comodo, perché l'acqua in giro costa, così come bere caffè o cappuccino, ed è comodo soprattutto per chi, come me, viaggia con bambini piccoli.
Pulizia delle camere giornaliera, così come il cambio asciugamani.
Le comunicazioni sono un po' carenti, ho inviato circa 3 comunicazioni prima di partire alle quali non mi è stato mai risposto. Hotel consigliato, lo riprenderemo in futuro. "

"Ho passato una notte per lavoro, tipologia di camera in linea con altri Intercity Hotel in cui ho pernottato. Posizione perfetta accanto alla stazione in centro a Francoforte. Veloce il self-checkin al totem; è presente anche il personale in reception. Buona la colazione, la ristorazione ed il bar, in linea con gli standard da business hotel. Personale sempre molto gentile e pronto.
Servizi di pulizia totalmente da rivere: quando sono arrivato la mia camera puzzava di fumo (nonostante sia ovviamente vietato fumare all'interno dell'hotel); la pulizia del bagno era approssimativa (capelli sulle pareti); le lenzuola a prima vista sembravano essere state sostituite (letto perfettamente rifatto e biancheria stirata) ma appena ho sollevato il piumino ho notato capelli sul lenzuolo e su un cuscino. Prontissima la risposta della reception, ho subito avuto una nuova camera di categoria superiore letteralmente in 1 minuto."

"L'ostello è situato in una zona della città comoda da raggiungere con i mezzi, la fermata del tram si trova proprio davanti l'ingresso. Inoltre, sulla strada ci sono supermercati, bar e ristoranti.

Il personale è super disponibile, ho segnalato in reception che la presa usb sul mio letto era rotta, e nel giro di poche ore il problema era già risolto!
La nota negativa è la pulizia degli spazi comuni, in particolare dei bagni dell'area comune e anche di quelli nella camerata, nei 5 giorni in cui sono stata in camerata li hanno puliti solo una volta. In più anche la pulizia dei letti non è ottima.
La struttura ha un grandissimo potenziale, e la poca pulizia è l'unico motivo per cui non tornerei lì. "
