This single-story, fully self-contained cottage is nestled within a sprawling estate featuring a 3,000 m² shaded garden. You can relax in the outdoor hot tub or enjoy the many recreational amenities: a heated pool (semi-inground, 4.50 x 6.50 m, depth 1.30 m, open from April to October, secured by a gate), a fully equipped gym (treadmill, elliptical trainer, rowing machine). For social gatherings: a bocce court, a trampoline, a basketball hoop, a volleyball net, a soccer goal, a ping-pong table, and archery equipment are available. A jogging and walking trail rounds out this ideal setting for outdoor enthusiasts. The cottage offers: _A fully equipped kitchen-living room with a wood-burning stove (wood provided). _One bedroom with a 160-cm bed, _One bedroom with two 90-cm beds (a third 90-cm bed is available for an additional fee—please contact us), _A bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet.
