Podere Vignalunga is divided in two main structures,the old Borgo and a modern villa:The borgo is surrounded by a scenic sunny garden, filled with fruit trees, aromatic plants that frame a wide grass field with barbecue and greenhouse. You’ll also find a spacious table under a poch and a modern stoned pool heated and with counter counting system.On the first floor there are two master bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower, a large living room with open plan kitchen and fireplace . The furnishing uses original, rustic elements from the Tuscan tradition and has been selected by paying careful attention to detail. The living room is adorned by a wide, stoned fireplace, that creates an intimate and refined setting, with a beautiful oak wood floor. The ground floor, has two master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a jacuzzi, a living room with fireplace and a kitchen. The spacious dining room with a view of the valley has direct access to the garden and contains a second fireplace and a table for up to twelve guests. The warm atmosphere is created by the period oak wood flooring.The old villa has two extensions , one consisting of two rooms, one master and one double, a bathroom with shower and a large living room with open plan kitchen and a fireplace and the other one consisting of one master bedroom, a large living room with ensuite kitchen and bathroom . These spaces are refurbished with one-of-a-kind objects giving it a magical atmosphere: an old, angular fireplace, original leather sofas, an outdoor table ideal for breakfast surrounded by lavender bushes, wine barrels from an old wine cellar turned into flooring.

The new villa is newly constructed,but preserves all the architectural details of the historical Tuscan farmhouses, furnished in an original rustic style. The warm and relaxing atmosphere perfectly blends with the comfort of the highest quality retreat.There is a covered veranda outside with an immense table that can host up to 14 guests, so it’s ideal for open-air meals.The spacious garden is located in a sunny and scenic position and has a pool with a jacuzzi of an irregular yet natural shape measuring 50 x 10 x 4 feet.The main floor has a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a guest bathroom, a roomy living room with fireplace, a dining room with a rustic table for up to ten guests and a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The furnishings have been carefully selected and original art works hang on the walls creating unique environments which blend the antique with modern touches.The second floor has three master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, two of them with a jacuzzi and one of them with a large terrace which boasts a magnificent view of the valley. The villa is equipped with floor heating, air conditioning, wifi and satellite tv in every bedroom and living (URL HIDDEN) warm and relaxing atmosphere perfectly blends with the comfort of the highest quality retreat.
In the ground floor there is an open space area of 1615 sq feet with a glass wall overlooking the valley , a fully equipped kitchen,a spacious living room with a wide screen flat TV and a bathroom. The wide glass wall produces much light to this space and makes it the ideal location for meetings, cookery classes or yoga retreats.
The whole property is at guests' compete disposition. Strolling between the olive groves, in the wood's paths or in the fields with horses and donkey .
