“Our stay was spoilt by the unpleasant verbal and aggressive attitude of our neighbours. Because we had it transpired, parked in their designated parking bay on our first day. We did receive the instructions for the correct parking space for our property until the following day. I would suggest the correct bay is marked clearly with the house number, so future guests don’t experience the same rudeness and verbal abuse we did.”

“This was a lovely bolt hole in the country and an ideal location for visiting wonderful local landmarks. The cottage was well equipped and nicely presented with a welcoming box of biscuits on arrival. Very quiet with tranquil views. The owners were over the driveway and extremely friendly. Salisbury, Glastonbury, Sherborne and the like were within easy reach as was Poole on the coast. An ideal spot and perfect for that relaxing getaway.”

"On arrival we were informed to dine within 8:30 p.m. and once sit at the restaurant (at approx 7:35 p.m.) we were informed that nothing on the menu, except for what displayed under "sunday roast", which included about 3 starters and 3 mains, would have been served. If we were told before we would have chosen a different dining location. My daughter and I are allergic to oils and asked for a plain salad with 2 boiled eggs and were told that they couldn't make it as the boiling process takes to long (!). Eventually we were served the salad with 2 slices of frozen avocado and payed £15 each for that! Just as crazy as it sounds. Both the guys (both uncooperative) at the restaurant did not even informed us that there were unseasoned plain veggies available, which we learned as we saw other's dishes passing by. When we asked for a portion of that, it was 8:36 p.m., we were told that the kitchen was closed and that they would have just served desserts from that moment on. Unbelievable, the kitchen was shut but not for desserts. Despite such bad experience in the evening, the morning staff was very kind and breakfast variety was very satisfying. "

"Struttura molto carina. Camera grande, pulita e silenziosa. Qualche difficoltà con i comandi della doccia. Molto caldo, vista l'assenza dell'aria condizionata (ma in reception era possibile chiedere dei ventilatori). Colazione dolce già pronta o salata preparata sul momento dietro ordinazione. Estremamente gentile e disponibile il personale della reception, in particolare il ragazzo italiano che ci ha assistiti."
