LA ROSE appartamento è la prima spazioso e lussuoso appartamento con una camera da letto situato all'interno della nuova costruzione BAYSIDE VILLA ST. LUCIA - una proprietà privata che offre tre appartamenti (L'Ixora, La Marguerite e La Rose appartamenti), in una tranquilla zona residenziale situata alla periferia di Castries, St. Lucia e arroccato 145 piedi sopra il Mar dei Caraibi sulla collina di La Toc.

Le tariffe LA ROSE sono le seguenti:
  ALTA STAGIONE (1 dicembre - 15 maggio) - $ 95 a notte per 5 o più notti

LA ROSE APARTMENT è circondata da una ricca vegetazione naturale e vanta una vista panoramica sulla tranquilla baia di Castries City, sulla penisola di Vigie, sul faro di Vigie, sull'aeroporto di George Charles (SLU), sul porto turistico di Vigie Cove, sul centro commerciale Point Daphne e sul terminal delle navi da crociera Castries City; così come un accenno della regione settentrionale mozzafiato dell'isola da Choc Bay a Gros Islet, visibile appena oltre la pittoresca Penisola di Vigie.

L'elegante completamente arredato self catering LA ROSE APPARTAMENTO è inghiottito da tutto ciò che gli ospiti richiederebbe per un piacevole soggiorno. Sei a pochi passi (½ mi) dalla sabbia bianca assolata spiaggia di La Toc ed è sport acquatici di divertimento; una bella ondulata di golf 9 buche curato alla perfezione; e la Redland spa con il suo 'Rub-A-Dub-Dub Two in una vasca' massaggio completo del corpo speciale. Inoltre, il trasporto pubblico "fermata" non è che un minuto a piedi dall'appartamento.

L'area di Castries Bay è sede di molti ristoranti e bar deliziosi, che si trovano sia sul litorale della Vigie Cove (3 mi drive) o centro di Central Castries (2 mi unità).
Castries, Rodney Bay Village (6 mi auto a nord) e Gros Islet Town (6. 5 miglia di auto a nord), con i loro numerosi raffinati ristoranti, bar e vita notturna fa cenno tradizionalmente tutti. Jaw dropping view

There is no better view of the bay:: across the road from sandals resort. Shuttle access for any activities and host and family are happy to set up anything you would like for activities or food.

Nice apartment but not luxury

To start with the positive. We loved the location over looking the harbour, the accommodation offers good space, the equipment provided is as you would expect for self catering and the small verander at the front is just large enought to sit outside for drinks or eating. On top of this the host was very responsive to request and really helpful. So we did enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend the propety.However, the one negative. This property is publicise as luxury and we were looking forward to a bit of a treat at the start of our holiday. Unfortunately that is not the case. Whist everything is generally functional its also old, a bit tiered and some aspects awkward to use. Don't be put off by this, its got lots going for it, just don't expect anything you would describe as luxury.

Everything was incredibly well organized and clean. John and Shirley were great with details such as airport transfer, finding a convenient car rental, and the like. This is a great location doing activities both in the north and the south.

Great View

Great view. It was nice sitting outside having tea in the morning. Also nice at night. Great breeze. John (host) very accommodating. Anything needed, he was very responsive. Apartment was 5 minutes away from Castries but we regularly went to eat in Rodney Bay.

Our first Vrbo experience

The place was great, the hosts were great, the view of Castries and the harbour was the best thing to wake up to. With kids in tow, it was a little far away from the beaches that they enjoyedAlthough there is a nice beach across the rii oh ad.

Lovely apartment with great view. Close to but not in Castries. Property manager helpful with anything we needed. We stayed in 3 villas in St-Lucia this year, this has been our favourite.

Terrific view- difficult access

This property, located high on a steep hill, has a terrific view of St. Lucia harbor. The property is well maintained, clean, and adequately equipped, although it would be helpful to have a toaster and a hot water kettle (for tea drinkers). Because of its location a rental car ($100 a day)is necessary to get around St. Lucia and the host can arrange that for you very easily, with the car being brought to you. What could be a challenge is the very steep and very badly maintained driveway to the property and if you are in the bottom three units, you will need to park at the very edge of the driveway, close to a sharp drop from the hill. St. Lucia is beautiful and the people are truly friendly and hospitable. For some visitors the problem may be that the multiple Sandals Resorts and others control the biggest parts of the beaches and while you can walk their beaches, you cannot use theme (no rental chairs or food) There are chairs, umbrellas, restaurants on a nice beach next to the airport -- your enjoyment will depend on your reactions to planes landing and taking off. For some, the multiple cruise ships that dock in St. Lucia every day (four of the six days we were there were three ships a day) which results in the island being subject to large number of cruise people heading off to the various island attraction making overcrowding that we did not enjoy.

Great apartment; maybe not the one we were expecting, as the descriptions on the HomeAway site are confusing, but great none the less. Terrific view, and very helpful and knowledgeable owner on site. Difficult vertical access track to negotiate, but could not fault apartment

Beautiful view!

Apartment was as described, the view was beautiful! Convenient to bus although fairly steep hill getting to the apartment so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. John and Shirley are very accommodating. Enjoyed our stay.

What you see is what you get!!

We spent a month in the Bay View Villa apartments during February 2017. Everything about the property was as good or better than shown in the listing. The owners, John and Shirley, are charming and extremely helpful during your stay. The view is exceptional and you can watch the cruise ships enter and leave the bay. We rented a car at the airport and drove to Castries, but I might suggest that you allow John to arrange to have you picked up at the airport and have him arrange a car be brought to the property for you to rent. A number of the others renting from him did just that. If you wish you can just walk a half block to the street and use the local bus to save the cost of a car. What you see is what you will get at Bay View and it is exceptional!! We loved everything about it.
