“Big room”

“The staff was just SO sweet. Our group of 4 was not in the mood to go out for dinner, so they set up a spread in the kitchen. Somehow we booked the honeymoon suite so were surprised to find a big heart of rose petals on our bed as well as champagne and Cokes. They let us park right out front the entire stay. I could go on, but you get the picture.”

“The rooms are spacious and the staff is super friendly. The location is beautiful, I just wish we had the chance to explore the surrounding area more. The only negatives we experienced were that the rooms were too warm and the AC doesn’t really work; opening the windows is fine but since there is no net it’s easy for bugs to get into the room. “Este fin de semana hemos estado en el hotel. El hotel precioso, y nos sorprendió cuando llegamos y desconectamos muchísimo. Por la noche me di cuenta de que el lavabo (la pica de las manos) perdía agua en su conexión con la pared. Llamamos a los números de emergencia que nos habían facilitado, sin obtener respuesta. Hoy, una vez realizado el check out, hemos comentado en recepción la incidencia y la respuesta ha sido “y qué me quieres decir con esto”. Nos ha sorprendido, ya que no es una...
