“The Falmouth Inn is in a great location, especially if you're taking the Island Queen Ferry to Martha's Vineyard—it's just a short walk away. Overall, the hotel appeared reasonably clean, but it had a slightly worn, not-quite-clean feel. When we checked in, there weren't any towels in the bathroom, but a staff member who was working nearby quickly brought some to our room, which we appreciated. “We enjoyed a 5 day/4 night stay over the Fourth of July holiday where we enjoyed a family friendly environment. I’ll start with the best feature- you are ON the ocean. The view is spectacular! When the tide is out nature provides a glorious beach! On high tide, you can walk down the stairs and take a dip, Always available is the enormous patio area with ample seating. Photos provided. “This hotel feels like a small resort tucked away by the Hyannis harbor. It is a bit of a walk from Main St (15min) but still totally doable. Parking is a little crazy (understandably, as it's a prime location) and it's important for guests to know to take their room key with them when they leave, as it is needed to exit the parking lot.
