Everything was very nasty and falling apart. You should not partner with this hotel. The rooms were dirty, the beds had cigarette burn holes in them, there were bugs everywhere, and the roof was caving in different areas. The two pool table areas had standing water everywhere. The photos make this hotel seem much nkcer than what it truly is. The beds are like sleeping on cardboard. No comfort to them, at all. The rooms need to be re-painted.
