“To start off- great communications from the team. Very prompt with information on how to check in, what the area has to offer etc. and even on the day of checking in, Kelly was there to assist where to park etc. When we got in, everything was clean, the house had amazing view of the lake. Kitchen was stocked with all required utensils, and bathroom with sufficient towels for party of 10. Pool wasn’t open in April, but hot tub was there for everyone to enjoy. “The host experience was disappointing. She wasn’t on the property and offered little help when issues came up. The table linen was dirty, bedding felt like hand-me-downs, and there was no dish or shower soap on arrival. When I asked, she told me to “look around” for it and to use a pot to boil water since there was no kettle. A lamp had a severed wire, and the bathroom sink plug didn’t work.The property is “pet-friendly” only in that dogs are allowed — the outside area is sheer rock and cactus...

“Host was very responsive but unfortunately the unit was dirty. The bathroom floor was full of long hair which means it was not even cleaned and or looked at. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived and even dirty dishes in the cupboards. There was a lot of dust everywhere and I don’t even want to think about all the dirt and dust under the bed which caused my allergies to act up that first night ”
