“Check in was to be at 3 p.m. computer glitch prevented it until 5:30. Was promised company would make amends, NOTHING. We had to drive all the way back to town to kill time, spent money and wasted gas. (at $4.99 gallon). Staff's hand were tied, but as polite as could be. No keys to check in. Checked in and tv did not work. After two employees worked on it, it was discovered THIS TV HAD TO WARM UP BEFORE IT WORKED. Flat screenLG tv??? “The Nisqually Lodge was very close to Mt. Rainier National Park and a couple of great restaurants. The lodge was clean, cozy and family friendly. They had board games for the kids, coffee and hot cocoa in the lobby, and a stuffed bear -- not the teddy bear kind -- at the top of the stairs toward the guestrooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. My family will definitely stay again.”

“l'albergo é situato allinterno di uno splendido giardino molto curato. all'arrivo quindi si é molto ben impressionati. le camere e soprattutto i bagni sono una delusione : quasi tristi.”

“The room and facilities were immaculate, and the staff friendly and helpful. They even brought up a microwave, so we could reheat our leftovers from dinner the night before. The only complaint was that the coffee table legs had a thick layer of dust on the legs, which was shocking considering how clean the rest of the room was.”
