“Almost great. Lacking on quality of life amenities like vending machines, etc. Bland food as well. Food looked nothing like the pictures and was probably ripped from google images. Restaurant closed early and be prepared to drive 30 minutes if they decide to close due to being slow. You’re way tucked out there… so that can really mess your food plans for the night. “The lodge is a beautiful place. Front desk staff was very friendly. River Rock Lounge was good and they treated us well, thanks Natasha. And the others who helped make our anniversary special. We loved the hot tub and our fireplace room. ”

“I had a wonderful stay at Summerland Waterfront Resort. The location is beautiful, right by Okanagan Lake, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making the stay very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. It’s a great place to relax, enjoy the waterfront, and explore the surrounding area. I would definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay there again.”

“Area was beautiful. Our mattress, comforter and pillows were all lumpy and uncomfortable. Food and drinks were insanely high. One white russian $22 before the tip. Price gauging ruins any trip yet people must pay it. Check-in at 4 pm is really late. We travel often and it’s never been so late. Overall it was disappointing. ”

“Our room was above their nightclub…had I known that this was the location of the room I would have cancelled and demanded a refund. We had no sleep (with an 8 year old who played hockey at 8am each morning)..because the Nightclub was booming music. Not a great location if you intend on traveling with kids, or need a decent night sleep. ”
