“Sauberes Zimmer funktional eingerichtet (leider kein Fön, könnte man kostenpflichtig ausleihen), Duschwasser war an einem Tag nur kalt, Parkplatzgebühren horrend (keine Pauschale, sondern rein und raus kostet jeweils, auch wenn man über dem Tagessatz war), Frühstücksbüffet überschaubar, leider keine Säfte, Filterkaffee gibt es (Kaffeesonderwünsche nur über kostenpflichtigen Automat), haustierfreundlich”

“Horrible service!!!! I paid 130 euro and there wasn't even a bottle of water in the bedroom, so I asked for it at breakfast (that I paid 20 euro more) and the waiter told me I could drink with a glass or pay for it! Insisting was useless! Never again, they don't know how to behave with clients.”

“Hotel perso nella campagna. Nonostante abbia fatto il check in on line (richiesto via mail dall’hotel) perso più di 15 minuti al consierge per avere le chiavi delle camere. Al ristorante sono stato “inseguito” dal cameriere perché non trovava (sul sistema) la mia carta di credito: al check in la “brillante” impiegata aveva messo la mia carta di credito sulla camera di mia moglie… Nel pomeriggio non c’è stato modo di fare un riposino per il gran vociare dei dipendenti dell’hotel e del ristorante...

“Die Begrüßung an der Rezeption war freundlich, das Einchecken ging schnell von statten. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, sehr sauber, freundlich eingerichtet und auf dem neuesten Stand der Technik. Das Badezimmer war sehr sauber und freundlich. Das Frühstück (Extrakosten von 15,- Euro) war umfangreich, die Auswahl vielfältig. Der Preis ist mehr als gerechtfertigt. Positiv zu bewerten ist, dass ein Kaffeevollautomat immer zugänglich und ohne zusätzliche Kosten benutzt werden darf. Wir kommen...

“Comodissima per recarsi in fiera. Stanze silenziose. Colazione con tutto il necessario. Personale disponibile. Con alcune migliorie nelle stanze avrebbe una valutazione ancora maggiore. Non é presente il phon e solo un bagnoschiuma all'interno della doccia. Camete pulite, essenziali ma con il necessario. Zona non comoda se si é turisti. Ottimo per lavoro ”

“It was very pretty and aesthetic. Pros: good breakfast, near porz-wahn station which takes you easily to Cologne Cathedral. I loved that they had a water bottle to fill. Cons: no slippers, no conditioner, only a shower gel and shampoo both in one bottle. No cleaning services which is fine, but the smart tv didn’t have access to apps like Netflix. Only cable. And it was all in German unfortunately. I would probably go back. But not so sure ”
