“We arrived a little early because it was very hot in the city center. Thankfully, our room was ready and the staff were so kind as to let us into our room early. I had read some reviews that were a little negative and was slightly concerned prior to our arrival. All the negative issues were non-existent for us. Our room was at the end of the hall, near the Autobahn and we did not hear any vehicle noise during the night. The beds were suitable for the sleep that we needed, though a little softer...

“Horrible service!!!! I paid 130 euro and there wasn't even a bottle of water in the bedroom, so I asked for it at breakfast (that I paid 20 euro more) and the waiter told me I could drink with a glass or pay for it! Insisting was useless! Never again, they don't know how to behave with clients.”
