Un bellissimo condominio Desert Princess con una bella vista sulle montagne, con vista sul campo da golf. Una bella esposizione sud, 1200 piedi quadrati, due camere da letto (doppia master suite), ognuna con letti king size della California, due bagni, condominio al largo del 9 ° fairway a Desert Princess CC. Parco privato come impostazione con splendide viste sulle montagne e sull'acqua. Vicino alla piscina della comunità. A pochi passi dall'hotel e dalla club house. Pavimenti in piastrelle aggiornati nella zona giorno e sul patio posteriore coperto. Se sei all'aria aperta e in uno splendido scenario naturale, allora il deserto è per te. Con vista sulle montagne sullo sfondo, sarai seduto nel patio rilassandoti e affacciato su un campo da golf verde lussureggiante, con fontane d'acqua nel lago del corso. Se ti stai anche mantenendo in forma, il Desert Princess Country Club and Resort è il posto che fa per te. Oltre al golf, è anche possibile andare in bicicletta all'interno del complesso custodito resort. Ci sono anche campi da tennis di Classe A, un campo da pickle-ball, campi da squash, molte piscine da nuoto e da nuoto, nonché un vasto centro fitness e pesi di prima qualità. Bill’s 2 bed 2 bath is just what you need for whatever trip you have planned. Check in is a breeze and the neighborhood is gorgeous and serene. His home is a bit dated, but it’s a classic. Would recommend!

Perfect accommodations with 2 king suites and a sleeper sofa. The kitchen is well appointed and the patio is furnished with comfy chairs, a dining table and nice barbecue. An oasis in the desert.

Overall a great stay! We've stayed at many rental properties in Palm Springs. This condo was quite good. As you can see in the photos it's a bit dated, but comfortable and convenient. As always it's great having a kitchen and washer/dryer on vacation. There were lots of towels and supplies in the condo which was lovely. The bathrooms were spacious and the showers were great. The information booklet provided by the host was very thorough and thoughtful. A few shortcomings to note: 1. There are two king beds which is great, but the mattresses have very poor motion isolation so any little movement was felt throughout. This resulted in less than ideal sleeps. 2. The pots and pans, as well as the knives, are very very worn. Many of the supplies are. I had to buy knives in order to be able to cook properly (which I left there for the next guest). 3. The dryer is extremely loud. 4. The floors were very dirty so we had to wear slippers the entire time. There are many pools at Desert Princess but note that they are a bit run down and not cleaned regularly. There was a lot of debris in the pools. However the grounds are beautiful and well kept!

It was a great find cuz we needed a place right away because we were flooded. Loved the 2 master bedrooms and washer and dryer came in handy since we were there for a month

The place was exactly like the photos. The bedrooms were great with connecting bathrooms with large walk-in closet space. Both beds were large and extra comfy. We love the location of the unit, very easy to get to and the parking was close. Palm Springs is one of my favorite places and we were grateful and pleased for our stay. Thank you Bill!

This neighborhood is fantastic. I always felt safe and love the amenities (especially the spa). This house was in a great location and had two masters. Perfect for us and our friends to share without thinking someone got a better room. Big closets, bathroom, and bedrooms. The kitchen was a little dated but was stocked with everything we needed. Bill, the owner, is so nice too. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you.

Good location for what we wanted/needed, convenient access to Shopping, Restaurants, Groceries and Outdoor Adventures. Check-in process was easy and no hassles at all and the small Christmas Welcome Gift was Appreciated! The place was very comfortable, clean and just like the posted pictures. Patio off the sliding doors was a great place to have a morning coffee and enjoy the sunrise. Communication with the owner Bill was quick and efficient and was only for a couple of minor "issues" that where quickly sorted out! The Country Club grounds, swimming pools and hot tubs where Great. Closest pool and hot tub a short 2 minute walk away. We all agreed that we wished we had spent more time in PS and at Desert Princess CC. We would gladly stay again - Thanks

Loved the coziness of the condo and where it was situated on the golf course . We used to live in one of the houses at DPCC 20 years ago. The outdoor furniture needs to be replaced as the wood table is peeling and I snagged my shirt on it. The cushions on the chairs are flat and give no support. Those need to be replaced as well. My biggest concern was the lack of control with the a/c. The condo was 85 when we arrived and could only lower the temp to 75. The first two days we were there it was in the 90’s in PS. I texted the owner and he lowered it to 73. Better but still warm. the ceiling fan in living room didn’t cool very much even on the high setting.. The master bedroom was very cool and the ceiling fan was great! Overall we enjoyed being there.

Loved staying here and we will definitely stay again! We went to Stagecoach, and this property was close to the shuttle stop (a short drive), and provided a great little 'home base' for us. The backyard area was lovely and the home came with a ton of outdoor games that we used!
