12% transient occupancy tax will be in addition to the nightly fee + 1% Greater Palm Springs (GPS) TBID

In the heart of Cathedral City with breathtaking mountain views surrounded by palm trees and a refreshing lagoon right outside the balcony, the condo is surrounded by well-manicured and lush community grounds.

Per city ordinance, no outdoor amenities can be used from 10 PM to 8 AM or a $1000 citation may be issued by the city. No loud outdoor music or indoor music that can be heard from outside is permitted. Respecting our neighbors’ privacy and peaceful enjoyment is a must. Thank you for your understanding.

You will have a reserved parking spot right in front of the condo with extra guest parking spaces available close by (3 max cars allowed).

The utility deposit is $500 for 28 nights with $125 added for each additional week.
The guest is only responsible for utilities if the monthly cost is more than $250, there is no utility deposit.
