We stayed in a room with two beds that was spacious and bright, with comfortable beds, a beautiful bathroom with separate shower and a giant tub, and daily "treats" and lemon water for turndown service. “A good hotel in a strategic area, but services can be improved, considering it's a four-star hotel. Coffee machines on the ground floor often don't work. I was surprised not to find toiletries in the bathroom. Also, the bathroom was not well cleaned the day after shampooing, and several hairs were left in the bathtub. So disappointing, considering the price of the room! ”

“The hotel is in a central, safe and convenient location; also very close to public transit. The staff were the best! From cleaning a room on short notice, to helping me find things in the city, to opening doors when I got to the property, to just doing everything really well and with a lot of care, I must say that the staff consistently outperformed my expectations. The hotel is super clean, the rooms are lovely and large. The restaurant had very tasty food. I honestly think this is the best...

“Keefer House is for people who want to feel at home while away from home. I was so impressed with how clean & stocked up the room was. The room was beautiful & comfortable. There is no front desk but Juan who works onsite was super helpful along with the remote staff who helped guide my stay. Can’t wait to stay at the Keefer House again! ”
