“We greatly enjoyed our stay with the excellent service we had, whether it was food service or getting a new coffee maker when the room’s one wasn’t working. The staff were helpful and quick to provide service/help. I spotted items around the property that suggested lack of money or staff in up-keeping the property. “Property is great, self parking is directly next to hotel and affordable in addition to valet. Room was beautiful and hotel is super well maintained.”

“Check in was very easy and staff was wonderful. The room we had was very old school fashion/Hollywood. It was really beautiful. We even went to the bar upstairs my sister and I had gotten several appetizers to share everything we had gotten was yummy. I would go back again.”

“The housekeeping was awful. There was a noticeable stain on the duvet cover and hair on top and in the sheets. Hair was also found in the shower stall. Troy was very helpful in immediately moving us to another room. That shower also had hair in it. I used the shower hand held and rinsed it out. The brown spider in the bathroom took me over. I spoke with Ryan at the desk and was told he refunded the stay. I have no confirmation or receipt of it. I will be calling them about it. ”

“The girl working the night shift has opportunities to have better customer service. She needs to do better. I understand we don’t all have good days, but never pass whatever you are going through with the people you serve for a living. Maybe she was bothered that I asked her for more tea cups. They were literally all gone. It could be that whomever had the shift before did not have a chance to and it landed on her. I don’t know.
