“There is definitely no complaint about the location and the cleanliness. But the water flow of the shower head is too weak. The ladder of the bunker bed is made of thin metal bars, therefore it is hard and dangerous to climb up and down. Finally if a bath tub is available, it will be much better. Anyway, it is a nice stay. ”

Every staff member at The Loden is welcoming, informative, and went out of their way to please. We stayed in a room with two beds that was spacious and bright, with comfortable beds, a beautiful bathroom with separate shower and a giant tub, and daily "treats" and lemon water for turndown service.
