La casa di campagna completamente rinnovata si trova alla periferia di Catral su un terreno bello e tranquillo. Supermercato, bar e ristoranti sono solo pochi minuti a piedi. Nel villaggio stesso troverai tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno: boutique, materiale elettrico e ristoranti, da italiani e argentini a indiani e cinesi ai tipici spagnoli.
È possibile raggiungere una delle più belle spiagge sabbiose della Costa Blanca nella città turistica di Guardamar del Segura in auto in circa 13 minuti. Generale: La moderna finca è molto spaziosa con 200 m² di spazio abitativo: offre 4 camere da letto, 3 bagni (uno nell'area della piscina) ed è progettato in modo confortevole con una cucina aperta, un soggiorno e una veranda vetrata. La piscina misura 10 mx 8 m. Sono ammessi animali domestici
Tutte le camere sono dotate di aria condizionata; tre di loro hanno un armadio e sono arredate con letti matrimoniali. Nella stanza dei bambini troverete un letto a castello e un lettino per bambini. Il letto a castello è adatto anche per gli adulti. Un grande ventilatore a soffitto in ogni stanza garantisce un clima piacevole se si desidera fare a meno dell'aria condizionata. Ogni stanza può essere raffreddata individualmente.

Super erholsamer Urlaub

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser traumhaften Finca in vollen Zügen genossen. Schon bei der Ankunft fühlten wir uns sofort willkommen – das Haus war makellos sauber und die Übergabe verlief absolut reibungslos. Die liebevoll gestaltete Einrichtung und das gepflegte Ambiente sorgten dafür, dass wir uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause fühlten.Auch unsere Hunde hatten eine fantastische Zeit! Sie konnten sich frei bewegen, die Umgebung erkunden und hatten sichtlich Spass – ein echtes Hundeparadies. Es war für uns alle ein rundum gelungener Urlaub, den wir in bester Erinnerung behalten werden.Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Es war ein super Urlaub. Die Anzeige und Bilder stimmen zu 100 Prozent. Aber ein Auto ist unabdingbare. Das ein und auschecken war etwas schwierig wegen der sprachbariere, aber es gibt ja übersetzter und Angel war eine Seele von Mensch. Dieses Haus und ihre Verwalter und Eigentümer sind spitze,danke das wir dort unseren 3 wöchigen Urlaub genießen durften. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Beautiful Villa

This is a delightful villa set in the countryside just outside Catral. The villa is very well kept and is well equipped for a short- or longer-term stay. We were there for an extended period and it worked brilliantly for us. Both the indoor and outdoor areas are lovely and you can relax in different areas as the weather or time of day dictates. The pool is lovely, yes cold at the time of year we were there, but we still ventured in and then made use of the excellent hot tub. Bedrooms and bathrooms are modern and a high standard. We couldn’t fault the facilities. Catral is a 20 min flat walk away and is great for cafes and restaurants, Saturday market and fiesta style events. Lovely place to visit of you want to see what the non touristy part of Spain is about. The owners and manager helped us throughout the stay with the odd thing that needed some attention. Nothing was a problem, and they were there to offer assistance or just suggestion on the area. Great hosts. We will certainly visit again and are planning our next adventure in Catral.

Es war traumhaft. Riesiges sicher eingeräumten Gelände. Die Hunde konnten stöbern und schnüffeln. Ein toller Pool. Die Finca ist schön ruhig gelegen Die Kommunikation war top. Die Anschreiben und Hinweise der Vermieter nach der Buchung waren sehr gut und ausführlich. Gerne wieder.

Catral Villa Stay

Totally exceeded our expectations Peaceful location car highly recommended Beautiful villa, very spacious grounds Big hot tub & huge pool bit chilly but overcomeable once in. Villa is clean, spacious and has everything you need, beds are sooo comfy. Welcome pack of milk, cheese, meats bread etc was really apreciated. Good selection of books, games and TV. Housekeepers were so welcoming and helpful communication with hosts was excellent. Local amenities are few minutes by car walkable but might be a bit much in the heat. Only a few negatives if you can call them that, the tiles outside are extremely slippy when wet, kids had a few slips dispite being told to be careful and the oven instructions in English would be useful but Google came to our rescue but these issues did not impact our enjoyment. Will definitely look to book again

The pictures don’t do this beautiful villa justice! The grounds are huge, everything is incredibly well maintained - the best equipped villa I’ve ever been to. Beautiful gardens, fabulous hot tub and comfy beds. The hosts could not be more helpful, and we are already looking to book a return trip. Thank you for an incredible stay!

Peaceful setting and absolutely everything you need

Beautiful and well equipped villa. Excellent communication from the owners Rolf & Katja from start to finish. The couple looking after the villa in Catral, Angel & Toni were so friendly and showed us how everything works and came round to check that everything was ok and gave us a huge box of fresh pomegranates. The outdoor space was the star of the show. Hot tub (thank you so much for letting us use it), outdoor bathroom and lots of space. Only one little thing for us was that the pool was a bit colder than we were used to when on holiday. The villa was situated in a very peaceful location and we met a couple of friends in the field across the road (a donkey and his best friend, a dog), The walk into town was a little further than anticipated from the listing and no taxis were in operation during our stay but the town itself had everything you need and some lovely places to eat if you are able to walk. We would highly recommend this villa and visiting Catral. We are now looking for somewhere here ourselves as a holiday home! Thank you Katja, Rolf, Angel & Toni.

Voor mensen zoals wij, die van de rust en het genieten in alle comfort houden is dit een uitstekende plaats om te verblijven. Wij hebben een prettig en heel leuk verlof gehad. Traumurlaub in Traumfinca

Wir waren 2 Wochen in diesem schönen Haus, sind gut erholt und begeistert. Im modern eingerichteten großzügigen Haus mit neuen Bädern und voll ausgestatteter Küche bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Ein großer Pool sowie ein herrlicher Poolbereich sorgen für Urlaubsgefühle und Entspannung. Frühstück und Abendessen haben wir auf der verglasten Terrasse genossen. Tolle Vermieter, stets erreichbar, hilfsbereit und sehr sympathisch. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten in den 13 Jahren, die wir jetzt schon nach Spanien in den Urlaub fahren, noch nie so ein tolles Haus inkl. den tollen Garten + Pool. Wir hatten als 4 köpfige Familie einen Traumurlaub. Beautiful villa in a secluded setting

The villa, pool and grounds are absolutely as described and perfect for a relaxing break. The setting is secluded and very quiet. Jose, the property manager, met us on arrival and could not have been more attentive and friendly. The villa was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The owners are easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone and would certainly like to return.

Amazing place to stay

This house is absolutely beautiful, as are the outsid grounds, pool, garden etc. The photos don’t do it justice, it’s a gorgeous home in a beautiful private setting. The house has everything you need. Jose, the manager, is a great guy. Katja and Rolf, the owners are really nice to deal with. Would definitely stay here again, and would certainly recommend this property to anyone.

Immer wieder schön

Waren wieder gute 4 Wochen in der Finca Pintada und sind immer noch so begeistert wie letztes Jahr. Mehr noch, denn die neue Poollandschaft ist wirklich hervorragend. Auch die neue Außendusche reiht sich wunderbar in den gelungenen Umbau ein. Unsere Gastgeber (Familie Haecky) sind sehr zuvorkommend, vertrauenswürdig und immer ansprechbar. Auch der Service durch den Hausmanager José war wieder super. Wir bleiben dabei, das schönste, modernste, komfortabelste, Haus das wir in 25 Jahren Spanien-Urlaub bewohnen durften. Ein Besuch im nächsten Jahr ist natürlich schon wieder in Planung. Ein wirklich sehr empfehlenswertes Haus!

From start to finish it was an amazing experiance the villa is 100% better than the photos on the website was to a very high standard excellent communication and jose was spot on the villa has an alarm which helps when leaving it empty car is essential unless you want to spend money on taxi. Winter in the Sun

We spent most of the winter of 2019 here. We absolutely loved it. On arrival we were met by Jose the house manager who was very helpful and friendly. The house was lovely and clean and had just about everything we needed for our stay. There was even some bubbly in the fridge and basic supplies to start us off. We had a fantastic relaxing time and want to return already. The owners are very helpful and we couldn’t fault the communication. Thank you.

Alles was man braucht um zu entspannen

Gerti und Norbert Sind gerade wieder zu Hause angekommen. Wir waren 4 Wochen in diesem schönen Haus und sind total begeistert. Ein modernes großzügiges Haus mit ordentlichen Betten (Boxspringbetten), endlich mal, denn ein guter Schlaf ist ja das wichtigste überhaupt. Neue moderne Nasszellen, schöne praktische Küche (alles da was man braucht) und ein großer Fernseher, zur Freude meines Mannes. Sehr wichtig ist, dass alle Zimmer auf einer Ebene sind (kein lästiges Treppensteigen). Ein großer Pool sowie ein großzügiger Poolbereich laden zum relaxen und entspannen ein. Der Pool ist am Einstieg flach (ideal für Kinder). Das Ganze wird komplettiert, durch eine schöne verglaste Terrasse. Wir hatten unseren Hund (Briard) dabei und es gab kein Problem mit dem Gassi gehen. Vom Haus aus, kann man ausgiebig entlang von Feldern spazieren gehen. Freundliche und sympathische Vermieter und ein guter Service durch den Hausmanager José waren selbstverständlich. Wir planen bereits unseren nächsten Aufenthalt dort und können dieses Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen

Fantastic villa...ticks all boxes.

The villa was very clean and beautifully presented on our arrival by Jose and his family. What a gem...rural, without being isolated, very large, very private garden area with a huge pool and jacuzzi. Local amenities less than 5 minute drive...beeches 10 minute drive...airport 25 minutes drive away....perfect location. Katja & Rolf are very friendly, attentive and helpful..as was Jose, the property manager....we couldn't wish for better hosts. We're already arranging to return next year.
